Peter S Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 Isn't this a case of horses for courses and doing what you're good at? Igor could expand the functionality of PTE to cover everything we do if he had endless resources. We could import our RAW images to PTE, convert them, edit them, add music, add commentary etc. etc. until we had no need of any other software. Wnsoft would become bigger than Adobe and Igor would never need to listen to any of us anymore.Nirvana? I think not.Kind regardsPeter Quote

Imagine a software that incorporates PTE, Photoshop and Audacity (but why not Adobe Audition?)... What learning curve could have a such software?... And what about its cost?I for me totally agree with Ken when he says "...leave pict to exe as a slide show program and just refine/complete the current path of enhancements it is on". The v4.xx were rather simple to use; v5 are already quite complicated. Many Italian users (who don't understand English language) write me to ask explications about advanced functions of the last versions. Quote

But it would be very nice to have more audio tracks than just one, which could be mixed and controlled in volume.Best regards,XaverMunich Quote
