Igor Et Al, That has sorted my issue regarding the correct version, thank you. Hopefully it has also sorted the closing down issue - time will tell. I like the new goodies that I have seen so far but, strangely, I am most excited with the ability to drag and drop objects in O&A. PTE just gets better and better. Thanks John1 point

John, You need to uninstall PTE AV Studio 11 Beta. And then install PTE AV Studio 11 from WnSoft website: https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/download/1 point
