Hi Igor, Thanks. I have just completely uninstalled PTE11 & done a fresh install & it is now working. As you say something was corrupted. But as Windows 7 no longer does any updates I do not know what. The only other update I have done recently is to FireFox Browser. Anyway it all appears to be working OK now. Jill2 points
