  1. Many thanks for sharing these excellent examples for video stabilization function in PTE Video Optimizer! Looks very convincing. I think this function can be very useful for old videos when cameras didn't have optical stabilizer, or it didn't work well.

  3. That's good to hear! I used "Strong" preset (for the city) and "Normal" preset (the flower). Expand = 0 for both cases. "Expand" option can be used together with the "Strong" preset if you still observe some undesired shaky motion in a picture. This option will crop some part of a video picture (edges) reducing undesired motion. I recommend to try Expand = 5...10% When you use "Strong" preset, the program analyzes 30/30 frames (forward/backward) for each frame to perform the optimal stabilization.

  4. Thanks for your response! Frame interpolation option also will appear in future PTE 12. And additionally it will possible to use special keyframes to dynamically control video speed, even to pause a video for several seconds. We'll add a command to the popup menu for the File List in PTE 12 to convert one or several video files in PTE Video Optimizer.

  6. Hi Igor, I have been testing it on my Mac mini and it works well. A few of my video stabilization tests. I think objects near moving water are difficult to stabilize and movement of bicycles during road construction. I will continue to test on my Mac. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLt3fALeAR4PXyvtVcaZhsp87LWUpZG7vX Thanks, Tom

  7. Hi Igor, Congratulations to your team and us, the users, on releasing a useful program! Its functionality is interesting. I really liked the implementation of slow motion with interpolation - it looks very smooth and beautiful. I have a question, will the video file editing link from this program be implemented in PTE AV? Import-export? Aleina

  9. I am curious about what settings Igor used in his demonstration of image stabilization. Not sure about the expand option. Thanks, Kieron

  10. I had a similar problem a long time ago. I solved it by simply renaming the image in the original folder, then PTE saw the modified version. Aleina

  11. I suppose that Bridge modify only the Orientation metadata (without modify the photo itself and PTE does not recognize the corresponding value (2 or mirror horizontal) PTE recognize the value of rotation (6 or rotate 90 cw for example) Denis

  12. no idea as I don't use Bridge, but it would be much easier to simply flip them in PTE in O&A use a Rotate Y of 180. If you are using PTE11 then you only need do it to the first image, create a Quick Slide Style & then Apply that to all the other images in one go. Jill
