  1. Thanks, Dave!
  2. Jose, Luc, Sorry for the delay! Do you have same problem with encoding a video for short projects (3-10 minutes) ? A difference between High and Normal option is only bitrate value. It's very strange that it doesn't work. What CPU installed in your computers?
  3. Tom, Probably we will add support of H.265 in future PTE. NVIDIA Geforce 1050 and 1060 are very good video cards for PicruresToExe! We have both these video cards at our office for work with PicturesToExe. I think that these video cards will cover all new features of future versions of PicturesToExe. Any effects with ideally smooth playback of presentations.
  4. MUR, Do you mean one computer? And a situation when you have several instances of PicturesToExe running together?
  5. Hi, We cannot reproduce this problem. Can you send me a test project in a ZIP archive? We'll check it. And tell me step-by-step how to reproduce this problem with your project. Thanks,
  6. Jill, Please send me this project in a ZIP and EXE file. I will check it. Normally this option should work with any slides (including Blank slides).
  7. Hi Andrew, Thanks for your question. The option "Use this window as help" can be used only by one Custom window. It's a mistake that PTE allows to set this option for several Custom windows. We'll fix this problem in the nearest update.
  8. Tom, Yes, the next version of PTE will offer an option to use hardware encoder for H.264 video. NVIDIA video card (all models for last 4 years) is required for this option. Encoding works faster in 8 times than traditional CPU encoding. And visual quality is very good.
  9. The problem with the server is solved now. Thanks for your patience.
  10. Hi, We use services of OVH for wnsoft.com Our website doesn't work already 6 hours due to a global fault on thousands of OVH servers: For info: "Outage downs OVH, world's third-largest hosting firm" https://www.crn.com.au/news/outage-downs-ovh-worlds-third-largest-hosting-firm-477290 http://downdetector.co.uk/problems/ovh/news/173362-problems-at-ovh P.S. This forum is hosted in another datacenter of OVH in another region and was not affected.
  11. Barry, Thanks, I plan to rework this part of PTE.
  12. Thanks for the confirmation!
  13. Thanks for testing! Please try Safe executable for PC. Will it work for more than 4 GB ?
  14. Hi, Please try a new version 9.0.14 Beta: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/picturestoexe-setup.exe This updated version allows to create EXE files (and safe executable files) larger than 2 GB. EXE files larger than 2GB created in previous versions v9.0.x didn't start (error message). Does it work correctly now?
  15. PicturesToExe 9.0.13 is available: Fixed problem with drag-and-drop of multiple audio clips in the Audio tab of the Project Options. Fixed problem when video encoding doesn’t start if a project contains audio files with certain non-latin letters. Fixed problem with copying text from PicturesToExe to another text editor.
  16. Does it happen with all projects, or only with certain project?
  17. Hi, Can you try to clear the list of files (click Remove button for each selected file). And then convert video file(s) again.
  18. Dave, Thanks, I just sent you reply in PM. P.S. Just an idea. Try to add slight dynamic shading to collapsing edges (sides) to get more realisting view. I used this approach in my Album 3D style.
  19. Thanks,
  20. Dave, Nice work! Can you reproduce this error? Do you have latest version 9.0.12?
  21. Barry, Can you try a new Beta version: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/picturestoexe-setup.exe
  22. It may depends on nature of a transition effect. Only Quick transition (no transition) gives instant result. Probably you mean another problem. Please publish a short test project where we can see this issue.
  23. We fixed this problem. It happened in case of certain non-latin letters in filenames of audio files. Please try a new Beta version: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/picturestoexe-setup.exe Let me know about a result.
  24. I confirm this problem with encoding of a video. We'll fix this problem in the next update. Please wait a little. Thanks!
