  1. PicturesToExe 9.0.7 is available: Fixed problem with encoding of a video in some projects. Minor improvements.
  2. Dave, Please try a new test version: http://files.wnsoft.com/test/picturestoexe-setup.exe Does it solve this problem? Bruno, We consider idea of text template/styles. Firstly, we will add text effects.
  3. Dave, We added changes into a Text object. It seems that calculation of multi-line text was changed slightly. Not sure that it's a bug.
  4. Please try a new test version. It should fix this problem: http://files.wnsoft.com/test/picturestoexe-setup.exe
  5. Hi, Thanks, I confirm this problem.
  6. Barry, Some TVs don't support playback of video files at 60p. Probably the User manual of a TV declares supported video formats.
  7. Thanks
  8. Not all software video players support UltraHD video. I recommend MediaPlayer Classic HomeCinema or VLC.
  9. Denis, Thanks for checking!
  10. I recommend use "Change Image File" command from the popup menu in the Slide list. Or you can rename Slide name later in the Slide Options.
  11. Thanks, Dave!
  12. There is alternative. Please read this topic: https://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index.php?/topic/19431-new-way-to-adjust-parameters-in-animation-tab/#comment-129565
  13. Blur effect applies to a parent object and all its child objects. It allows optimize Blur for several objects at once together and optimize rendering of a Blur effect (more fast work). Opacity is traditionally in PicturesToExe applies only for necessary object. In future we plan to an option to apply a opacity to child objects (if necessary).
  14. PicturesToExe 9.0.6 is available: Fixed problem with encoding of a video for a project opened from Windows Explorer.
  15. Gary, Dave, Please try v9.0.6 BETA: http://files.wnsoft.com/test/picturestoexe-setup.exe
  16. Dave, We still can't catch this rare error. If we could firmly reproduce it, it could be fixed very quickly.
  17. Hi, Currently PicturesToExe 9 supports alpha channel in video files only in RGBA format. Not YUV format. We plan to add a support of all video formats with alpha channels in future version(s). It's a large work. I think it will be possible once we update video decoders in PTE.
  18. Hi, One user reported me about a problem with a playback of MP4 video created in PTE 9 and copied to USB drive connected to his TV. He can hear a short sound "click" or noise during first 1 second of playback. I don't observe this problem with my LG TV. Can you check with your TV, please? MP4 video, 1920 x 1080, High Quality, 30p.
  19. I confirm this problem. Thanks! We'll fix it quickly.
  20. Thanks, I've understood now. Of course, not all TV / players can play 4K video. You need to check User manual for supported video resolutions. Usually only 4K TVs can play 4K video. Not HD TVs.
  21. Dave, Sorry, I didn't understand. Can you explain, please?
  22. Gary, I think that Push2TV device may converts 4K video to FullHD on the fly for wireless connection.
  23. No. Only in future PicturesToExe. UltraHD 4K video output in PicturesToExe 9.0.5 is based on H.264. Encoding to H.265 works in several times slower than H.264. Several hours to encode 5-10 minutes. Also there is a problem with lack of software and hardware players which can play H.265.
