Thanks for the details. Your desktop PC has AMD Radeon HD 6670 graphics card. It was released in 2011 and drivers are dated by 2015. I recommend to update drivers for your AMD graphics card. Firstly, you may check new available drivers in Windows Update centre. Or visit AMD website and follow their instructions for new drivers.

Can you try to update drivers for the graphics card in your desktop computer? Before updating, please do the following. Press Win+R keys. Type "dxdiag" and press Enter key. Click the Save button and send me dxdiag.txt file. It contains the info about hardware and drivers of your computer. It may help us find a reason of this problem.

I regret about this unpleasant problem. No need to reinstall Windows. I've meant uninstall PTE AV Studio 10.5 and reinstall again the app. I recommend to update drivers for graphics card. If it's NVIDIA Geforce - visit nvidia.com and get the latest drivers. The same for AMD graphics. Let me know about a result.

Well, in this case, I recommend to uninstall PTE AV Studio 10.5. Restart Windows. And reinstall again PTE AV Studio 10.5. (All your projects and styles will be saved automatically)

Try the following: 1. Add a shortcut for PTE AV Studio 10.5 to the desktop. Or simply reinstall the app. 2. Click right mouse button on the shortcut and call Properties window. Add a text -alternate3d after the last quote in the field of program file name For example, on my PC this command line: "C:\Program Files\WnSoft\PTE AV Studio 10.5\Main\PTEAVStudio.exe" -alternate3d 3. Run PTE AV Studio 10.5 Let me know about a result.

Hi Jean Claude, Try the following solution: In the main menu > Parametres > Preferences. Choose "Systeme" tab. Tick an option "Variante pour compatibilite...". Click the OK button and restart PTE AV Studio.

Hi Barry, You're right. Check for New Version command should display info about the new version 11.0. We plan to add this announcement a little later for users of V10.X.

Aleina, This command works only for a video clip which has "Main object" (1) ticked in the Properties tab of O&A editor. If you insert a new video file to the Slide list / Timeline, it automatically becomes Main object (1) by default. You can tick this option manually. In future version we plan to improve work with video clips.

Windows also allows to set a custom font scale value. I've set 140% font size for my QuadHD display.

Rosy, We plan to improve work with text in O&A editor. I understand your request. Currently I didn't find universal solution for text typing, because a text object in PTE can be shows 3D rotated that may complicates the text editing. Text fonts in the interface of PTE are scalable according setting in Windows Control panel. In other words font size is the same as in other apps. Personally I set 125% and 150% in Windows for all apps, including PTE, on my PCs.

Hi Tom, Thanks for sharing this sample file. I agree with previous comment above. This VP9 video doesn't include the Alpha channel.

If you send me a sample video with H.264 YUV pixel format + alpha channel, we'll try to add support for that format.
