I asked Sergey write special function for Video Builder: "Burn ISO image" button. You can create ISO image now and burn created image of a DVD-Video disc at any time right in Video Builder.

Thanks for you patience! I just fixed this bug, please wait for the next beta. As temporal solution, please uncheck "Auto spread slides along music" option in Timeline window and adjust all time points manually. Or click "More" button and choose "Arrange transition points".

Thanks for your suggestion, we'll add "Number of copies" option already to this v5.00 or next version. Currently you can use "Create ISO" option to burn disc later in another program. Al, It's dangerous to burn VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders in "data" mode. Such disc will not play on many old and some new DVD players. You need to use "DVD-Video" mode in Nero if you want to burn VIDEO_TS folders. Because for DVD-Video files should be specially sorted to be fully compliant with DVD-Video specifications. Maybe Nero automatically do it if you add VIDEO_TS folder in "Data" mode. Better to use "Create ISO image" option and burn ISO file in any program. It's more simple and safe. We don't add copy protection.

Bill, This feature is not available in current beta. We scheduled it for beta 10.

Peter, 1) Please try to burn other RW or R discs. 2) If you can test this -RW disc only, please make full erasing in Nero (it may takes 15-30 minutes). And then try burn this media in Video Builder again. 3) Are you using default speed setting for burning in Video Builder? p.s. do you still have that problem with sound in PicturesToExe you've wrote me some time ago?

Next beta 9. Major step to v5.00 Beta 8t is only small update mainly to fix one bug in Video Builder.

It happens because you choosed white color with alpha 0 for the right side of the rectangle object. Try to set black color and alpha 0 and you'll have necessary result

Dominique, Choose some color for one side of Rectange object in the new Color dialog and set Alpha "A" parameter to 0 (see where R, G, B, A parameters).

Music will play. Try to close window (Alt-F4 or click on red cross at right-top part of the window). Will application hangs up? Close EXE file. 2) Same test as above. After you pressed "Test 1" and music started, click on "Stop" button and try to close window (as described above). Will application hangs up? Close EXE file. 3) Third test. Thanks, I think it's a subject of future versions, I added your suggestion to TODO list. I received a letter with similar idea a couple of days ago. It already exists in all versions since 2004. Autoscroll turns on when you hold dragged images over last 30 pixels of the Slide list. I'll try to do it in the next version. Good idea. I totally agree, after main works on v5.00 I plan to develop such kind of help system.

We're working so long on v5.00 because it's really difficult task and we want to create high quality software. Using of DirectX and Pan/Zoom effects in real time required to carefully develop core of the slide show engine.

Please don't worry, we'll solve this problem! Let me know what sound card you have installed? Try to download latest drivers for your sound card and update it. If it will not help, I'll send you special test version on Monday which will help us to find exact place where the problem occurs.

Geoff, We fixed this problem with "not a PAL disc" error on some players. It will be in the next beta.
