  1. PTE AV Studio 10.5.9 is available for PC and Mac Download: https://www.wnsoft.com/pte-av-studio/download/ Or use Auto Update feature: Main menu > Help > Check for Free Updates. Fixed issue with Auto Save function when multiple Save a project windows might appear. Fixed rare problem with damaged text symbols in executable shows. Fixed problem with inaccurate blur for several objects in a parent object in the O&A editor.
  2. Hi, I guess that you use an old version, 9.0 or earlier? Regrettably we cannot provide uploading to YouTube due to frequent changes on a side of Google/Youtube. Since version 10.0 we don't offer YouTube option anymore. We recommend to create a MP4 video and then upload to YouTube website manually. See the Publish menu in PicturesToExe for "HD video" option. Choose 1920 x 1080 preset, High quality, 60p.
  3. PTE AV Studio is best suited for NVIDIA graphics. It's better if a laptop has only one NVIDIA graphics (no Intel graphics). Because single NVIDIA graphics means NVIDIA hardware video encoder. In laptops with Intel + NVIDIA dual graphics, the hardware encoder is always Intel, which is worse (visual quality) than NVIDIA. However laptops with single NVIDIA has less battery life. You need to choice. 2. I think that 16GB or 32GB of memory will be enough. For PTE AV Studio - 8GB is enough for all tasks. 3. CPU. Any modern processor (6+ cores). A faster processor will provide faster video encoding (unless you use the hardware acceleration option that uses NVIDIA graphics). So Core i7 will be enough for PTE AV Studio. 4. Display. I think the most important part of your choice is the display. Screen size, viewing angles, matte or anti-glare. Avoid screens with strong reflections. Some premium laptops now have OLED screens. Beware of these screens. OLED screens in laptops flicker at low or medium brightness levels, which can cause eye strain and headaches. The same problem occur with all Samsung smartphones and with iPhone which have OLED screens. Good luck with your choice,
  4. I'm glad that you solved this problem. Good luck!
  5. I tested PTE AV Studio 10.5 Pro on macOS 13 Ventura Beta 6 today. No problem, all works fine. A final version of the new macOS is scheduled for October.
  6. Hi, We plan this feature. There is a workaround in current version: in the Properties tab untick an option "Show front side" (and "Show back side", if necessary) for a selected object. In future version 11.0 we also added a new option: Nested opacity. With this option it's possible to hide a group of child objects by setting Opacity to zero for a parent object.
  7. The most likely this problem is related with incorrectly working graphics drivers. Check Windows Update centre for the new Intel and NVIDIA drivers. If Windows Update doesn't offer new drivers, please contact to the shop (service centre) to get instructions how to manually update these drivers.
  8. Mark, It's difficult to understand exactly what happened in that case. A command Export Soundtrack to File warns if a file exists for the same file name. Replacing existing audio file which is currently used and open in a project using Export Soundtrack to File may lead to unexpected behaviour of PTE AV Studio. I recommend to choose a new file name and then replace existing audio file in PTE editor if necessary.
  9. Gary, Thanks, we'll try to improve this behaviour of the Styles window.
  10. Hi Mark Hi Markus, A simple solution is to put all linked files of one project (.pte file, images, videos, audio) into one folder (without any sub-folders). In this case, PTE AV Studio automatically will find all linked files. Then I recommend to call Save command to update links in the project file.
  11. PTE AV Studio 10.5.9 Beta is available (Build 2). What's New: Fixed problem with inaccurate blur for several objects in a parent object in the O&A editor.
  12. Thanks for testing! Please check blur in different projects and montages to make sure that everything is OK.
  13. Hi Bruno, Can you try a new version 10.5.9 Build 2: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe
  14. Thanks for your reminding. I agree.
  15. Thanks, I think that it's possible technically, if it works like color profiles in JPEG images. We only need to learn a format of LUTs files.
  16. NASA revealed a new photo from James Webb Space Telescope today: https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/2022/webb-captures-stellar-gymnastics-in-the-cartwheel-galaxy I decided to create a small animated version for this picture in PTE AV Studio 10.5. Watch in 4K mode:
  17. Thanks, Jeff! I very appreciate your support.
  18. I'm glad that you solved that problem! Thanks for the confirmation.
  19. Hi Jeff, Many thanks for your message and your payment for the upgrade! This time you helped us through a difficult time. P.S. Thanks, Tom!
  20. Thanks, Barry! Future version 11.0 will bring new creative effects for this idea.
  21. It depends on TDP of CPU which you have. I have a power supply Be Quiet 550 watts with my Geforce 3060 (175W max) and AMD Ryzen 3500X (65W max). 700W should be OK for your Geforce 3060 Ti. Try this power supply calculator on Be Quiet website: https://www.bequiet.com/en/psucalculator
  22. Hi, I have Geforce 3060 (not Ti) and this graphics works fine with PTE AV Studio 10.5. If you have a 4K UltraHD monitor, Geforce 3060 (Ti) would be the best choice for PTE AV Studio 10.5 and 11.0 for a smooth full screen preview and EXE shows with any complex effects. NVIDIA Geforce 3050 also is an excellent choice for any shows at 1920 x 1080 or QuadHD monitor. In future PTE AV Studio 11 we added several new complex effects (very beautiful) which can utilitize a power of Geforce 3060. P.S. We recommend NVIDIA graphics, because Geforce offers a good and fast hardware encoder to speed up video encoding in 3-4 times. It's especially important for encoding 4K videos.
