  1. The most likely this problem is related with incorrectly working graphics drivers. Check Windows Update centre for the new Intel and NVIDIA drivers. If Windows Update doesn't offer new drivers, please contact to the shop (service centre) to get instructions how to manually update these drivers.
  2. Mark, It's difficult to understand exactly what happened in that case. A command Export Soundtrack to File warns if a file exists for the same file name. Replacing existing audio file which is currently used and open in a project using Export Soundtrack to File may lead to unexpected behaviour of PTE AV Studio. I recommend to choose a new file name and then replace existing audio file in PTE editor if necessary.
  3. Gary, Thanks, we'll try to improve this behaviour of the Styles window.
  4. Hi Mark Hi Markus, A simple solution is to put all linked files of one project (.pte file, images, videos, audio) into one folder (without any sub-folders). In this case, PTE AV Studio automatically will find all linked files. Then I recommend to call Save command to update links in the project file.
  5. PTE AV Studio 10.5.9 Beta is available (Build 2). What's New: Fixed problem with inaccurate blur for several objects in a parent object in the O&A editor.
  6. Thanks for testing! Please check blur in different projects and montages to make sure that everything is OK.
  7. Hi Bruno, Can you try a new version 10.5.9 Build 2: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe
  8. Thanks for your reminding. I agree.
  9. Thanks, I think that it's possible technically, if it works like color profiles in JPEG images. We only need to learn a format of LUTs files.
  10. NASA revealed a new photo from James Webb Space Telescope today: https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/2022/webb-captures-stellar-gymnastics-in-the-cartwheel-galaxy I decided to create a small animated version for this picture in PTE AV Studio 10.5. Watch in 4K mode:
  11. Thanks, Jeff! I very appreciate your support.
  12. I'm glad that you solved that problem! Thanks for the confirmation.
  13. Hi Jeff, Many thanks for your message and your payment for the upgrade! This time you helped us through a difficult time. P.S. Thanks, Tom!
  14. Thanks, Barry! Future version 11.0 will bring new creative effects for this idea.
  15. It depends on TDP of CPU which you have. I have a power supply Be Quiet 550 watts with my Geforce 3060 (175W max) and AMD Ryzen 3500X (65W max). 700W should be OK for your Geforce 3060 Ti. Try this power supply calculator on Be Quiet website: https://www.bequiet.com/en/psucalculator
  16. Hi, I have Geforce 3060 (not Ti) and this graphics works fine with PTE AV Studio 10.5. If you have a 4K UltraHD monitor, Geforce 3060 (Ti) would be the best choice for PTE AV Studio 10.5 and 11.0 for a smooth full screen preview and EXE shows with any complex effects. NVIDIA Geforce 3050 also is an excellent choice for any shows at 1920 x 1080 or QuadHD monitor. In future PTE AV Studio 11 we added several new complex effects (very beautiful) which can utilitize a power of Geforce 3060. P.S. We recommend NVIDIA graphics, because Geforce offers a good and fast hardware encoder to speed up video encoding in 3-4 times. It's especially important for encoding 4K videos.
  17. Hi, I've received your ZIP archive. Please check our reply in your email box.
  18. I've updated a non-working link to the style in the first post above.
  19. Hi, PTE AV Studio 10.5.9 Beta is available (Build 2). What's New: Fixed issue with Auto Save function when multiple Save a project windows might appear. Fixed rare problem with damaged text symbols with unique fonts in executable shows. Fixed problem with inaccurate blur for several objects in a parent object in the O&A editor. Download: For Windows: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe For Mac: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/PTE-AV-Studio.dmg For Mac / Player: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/PTE-AV-Player.dmg
  20. Hi, Try the following: restart Windows. Check again import of a style. If it doesn't work yet, do the following: 1. Close PTE AV Studio. 2. Browse Documents folder > PicturesToExe > Styles and Transitions 3. Make a backup of Styles and Transitions folder and delete original folder (Styles and Transitions). 4. Run PTE AV Studio and try to import any style. If now it works correctly, please send us a copy of Styles and Transitions folder in a ZIP archive. You can use WeTransfer.com service to upload a file (specify your personal email address to share the file and then us a download link). Igor, WnSoft
  21. Paul, Thanks for the sample image. Please see comments above.
  22. Can you attach a sample image? With original pixel size. If it's larger than 2 MB, upload to WeTransfer.com or Google Drive with a public link.
  23. Hi, Do you mean moire on static images? Or moire during animated image? Zooming, rotating, etc. Usually moire effect appears on pictures with high contrast details during animations. If you observe a moire, adjust "Sharper/smoother" option in the Properties tab to "0" or even "100". Picture will be a bit softer and it completely eliminates the moire effect.
