Hi Mark, According warning on the first screenshot, you try to open a project saved in newer version (9.0 or 10.0) in the old version 8.0. This lead to a crash in a full screen preview. I've sent you recently a recovered lost license key for version 8.0. I checked all our records linked with your email address and could find only one order for version 8.0. If you purchased a newer version (or upgrade), please let me know. Probably you've used another email address? I also noticed that you downloaded our product from another website (Softonic). We highly recommend to download our software only from our official website ( wnsoft.com ). It's valid for any other software products which should be downloaded from their official websites for safety reasons. P.S. I moved your post from another topic (regarding license key) to this topic.

This image should not be large. Added title and description. And added tag: PC (It's required) Chome / Windows 10.

Denis, Tom, Do you mean a possibility to adjust global sound volume between 100% to 0% ? Or possibility to adjust global sound volume even higher than 100% ? This task would be much more difficult.

Hi Matthew, If you replace an image (even the same file path) using a command "Change image file" in a popup menu for a selected slide in the Slide list, all preview images and EXIF/IPTC tags will be updated immediately. Full screen preview automatically shows updated tags. Also you can simply close PTE AV Studio and run the app again to update thumbnail pictures in the Slide list or Mini Player window. PTE AV Studio caches 3 slides in advance from a selected slide. So you can go slide No. 10 and then return to the 1st slide to see the updated image.

Hi, Thanks for your interest to PTE AV Studio! Currently EXIF/IPTC meta-tags work only for JPEG images and only for a Main image object - a main object of a slide. You can see Main object: "1" in the Properties tab of the Objects and animation editor. It indicates that this image works with meta-tags. We plan to add meta-tags for other images on a slide in future version 11.0. Also we'll try to add a support for PNG images, not sure about TIFFs.

You can try a new version 10.5.5 Beta: Windows: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe Mac: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/PTE-AV-Studio.dmg You can import and export a style with a comma in a style name, but it will work only for PTE AV Studio 10.5.5 and newer.

Hi Jeff, Please try again. - Upload an EXE show in a ZIP archive (I think you know this). - Add a thumbnail image in a JPEG format (or reduce thumbnail image, probably it's too large). - Add a title and description for your show.

Common alpha channel. The same result you can reach now by adding a group of objects into a Mask container and then adjusting common opacity of the container.
