  5. Jill, Thanks, I reproduced this bug with a fullscreen mode of the File List. This issue also exists in previous version 10.0.14. We'll try to fix it.
  6. Hi Jill, Please can you record a screen video to show this problem? I cannot reproduce it, nor Windows nor Mac. Does Blue bold font looks better to highlight used files than just bold font in previous versions? I would prefer to avoid use of red color to not make File list motley.
  7. Jill, I just checked - when you install PTE 10.5 Beta first time, it offes import settings from PTE 10, or 9, or earlier version. All Beta of 10.5 shares the same folder with settings and in Program Files. So if you already installed install previous Beta, it will not offer you import settings. But I see that you wrote about the first installation. Tomorrow we plan to publish the Release Candidate version, it will use use a new folder. Please try again that future version and let me know about a result.

  11. Try a new Beta 28. It fixes issues with a vertical red cursor in the Timeline view.
  12. I agree that red vertical cursor looks blurry in the Light Mode. It's OK in the Dark Mode. We'll fix the issue with a mouse click.

  14. Honestly, I hardly see this difference with a red vertical line. It's sub-pixel differing, because we wanted to make it thicker for high DPI resolutions and especially for Macs with Retina displays. Also we wanted to make a smooth moving of the cursor during a playback. Do you use 100% font scaling in Windows or higher? I'll check with saving custom presets of a shadow.
  15. Hi, Since Beta 27, PTE AV Studio 10.5 creates identical universal .ptshow files for Mac or Windows. We added a change in the code of launcher on Windows. On Mac you open and play .ptshow file in a free PTE AV Player. For Windows you create a ZIP archive with .ptshow file and launcher. You can copy this EXE launcher to open any .ptshow file created on/for Windows or Mac.
  16. Actually we planned to rework it in future version 11.0. But I see that many users complaint that it's difficult to recognize a bold font in the File List. I understand these users. We're not ready to introduce deep changes, because we need to finish the Mac version. The journey with Mac version seems to be too long

  18. Hi, We added an experimental improvement in the new v10.5 Beta 27 for Windows and Mac. Earlier files added as main images/videos in the Slide List were marked by a bold font in the File List. Now we additionally set a different file caption color to help you more easily recognize them in the File list. It works in the Dark Mode and in the classical Light Mode. Let me know what you think?
  19. Mark, I can't reproduce this issue on Mac or Windows. Did you try to add the same video in a new test project? In a new project, I add a new video clip as Slide1. Set "Master video track". Then copy and paste this slide as Slide2 (it automatically becomes libnked video). Or I add the same video clip as Slide2 and link it manually with Master video clip. All works fine.

Hi, Our server with the forum, support page and online documention didn't work past 27 hours due to a large fire in OVH's data centre in Strasbourg: https://www.theregister.com/2021/03/10/ovh/ We apologize for this problem! Our main website was not affected, because it's located in another location. Thousands of servers are destroyed complety. I could recover the forum from a backup copy created 5 days ago. There is a chance that our original server was not destroyed, because it was located in SBG1 building (33% servers were destroyed in SBG1, and all servers were destroyed in SBG2 building). But OVH promissed to run SBG1 data centre only next week (with a chance of 33% to find a working server). So we decided to run the forum as soon as possible. I apologize for the lost messages during last several days. We'll reconfigure daily backups.
