Steve, I'm glad that 4K video plays fine now on your TV. Regarding "Hardware acceleration" option. Try to encode video in Custom preset and change "Mode" from "Quality: 100%" to "Bitrate: 14000" or 20000.

Did you try to play DVD-Video disc on another computer or on TV, or in another video player, not VLC? Try to create and burn a DVD-Video disc in another software to compare results with PTE. Also when you burn DVD-Video in PTE, it's possible to create single MPEG2 video files (see the last page with output settings in VideoBuilder). Try to play created MPEG2 video files in a video player.

Hi Steve, A trial version of PTE AV Studio includes all features of the full version. Normally 4K videos created in PTE AV Studio should play on 4K TVs. Did you use "Hardware acceleration" option in parameters of video output? If yes, try to untick it. Or enable this option (it will require a modern desktop computer with NVIDIA Geforce graphics 1050 or higher). Can you check exact version number in the About window? See the main menu > Help > About. The latest version 10.0.12. Also let me know a model name of your TV.

Mike, Zoom performs screen recording in real time. Zoom doesn't send an original MP4 video or EXE show. So practically there is no difference if you use an EXE show or MP4 video, or any bitrate parameters. Just use a relatively modern computer and fast Internet connection. However I noticed that smoothness of show of video (or EXE show) can vary - from smooth to very jerky. Although I have a stable 100 mbit Internet connection using a cable (not Wi-Fi). It seems that visual quality for sending of a video greatly depends on Zoom servers - how busy there are.

Did you know that it's possible to use hundreds of nice vector icons from Windings and Webdings fonts which are included in Windows and macOS many years? Arrows, snowflakes, checkboxes, flowers, etc. These icons always look sharp at any screen resolution and no image files! I attach a simple test project. Jill, Fullscreen preview runs as another program. A new window should appears on the top of other windows. There is one case when a new program may starts in a background, if accidentially quickly click again in a window of PTE, a focus returns back to PTE's main window and fullscreen preview starts in a background.

Tom, Thanks, we'll check it. Probably it's a bug in Windows 10 Insider Preview, or in graphics drivers. Our computer with Insider Preview version is located in our closed office. And we still work from home. I'll try to install this Alpha version of Windows to check a work of PTE. The code of the main program of PTE and PteViewerX.exe is the same. Did you check a work of a created EXE show?

Stephen, You need to change a text in a field "Target" and keep "Start in" field unmodified. Remove this shortcut and create a new shortcut (or simple reinstall PTE AV Studio).

Hi Stephen, I apologize for this problem and missing emails. I found you tickets and our replies. Probably our emails were blocked by your email server. Try to update drivers for graphics card on your computer. It may help. I see on your screenshots that PTE AV Studio works incorrectly. Or try an alternate solution: 1. Click right mouse button on a shortcut with PTE AV Studio. Choose "Properties". 2. A window with parameters of the program will appear. Add a parameter for the program path after the double quotas: -alternate3d So the final program path will look something like this "C:\Program Files\WnSoft\PTE AV Studio 10.0\Main\PTEAVStudio.exe" -alternate3d

Tom, Yes, I signed NDA to receive this Mac with ARM CPU for developers. We can't speak about performance and difference. I can say only that native ARM version of any app will work faster, although old apps for Intel CPU also work very well in emulation. I attach a screenshot with PTE AV Studio 10, native version with ARM code which is working on my Mac with Apple Silicon (ARM). It works absolutely smooth for any effects and animations:

Today I launched almost fully working PTE 10 on Mac with ARM CPU (Apple Silicon). It works great on ARM CPU. So now we have united code for native Intel and ARM versions of PTE 10 on Mac. It will be one united program (Universal Binary). If Microsoft release ARM version of Windows 10, we will adapt PTE for Windows on ARM, too.
