Hi Dom, Can you reproduce this problem to find exact style name which cause this issue? Close PTE, make a backup of a folder "Styles and Transitions" in Documents > PicturesToExe. So now you can always restore all styles, themes and transitios, in case of any problem.

Hi Rosemary, WMA format includes several internal formats. Also some WMA file have a copyright protection. I have several test WMA audio files which play fine in PTE AV Studio. You can send me a sample WMA file which doesn't work correctly, I'll check it. Use WeTransfer.com or Send.Firefox.com to share the file. Alternative solution: convert WMA into MP3 - the best audio format for PTE AV Studio.

Hi, Try a new version 10.0.10 Beta: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe This version supports some fonts which didn't work correctly earlier (OpenType or TrueType) in PTE 10.0.9 or any previous version. The problem was in a combination of a specific font name and incorrect work of a system function in Windows which returned a wrong font name. We found a workaround for this case. For example: El&Font Bubble 1 Balmoral LET 1Isadora M Bold Thinking of Betty Light etc

Hi Ken, Visual quality depends on a program used for a video conference. But usually this quality is quite poor. I recently used Zoom to show my desktop and then I launched a video file on fullscreen. Try different apps, probably Google Meet may give better quality.1 Anyway, 1080 at 60p is hardly reachable.

David, The most likely this problem appeared when a MP3 file was opened in another program (Audacity?) and then opened in PTE same time. So the Timeline view couldn't generate audio waveforms and cached wrong empty waveforms. I think that we should add a special button to clear a cache of audio waveforms. It should help in such situation. Let me think more. I'll reply tomorrow.

Lin, Thanks for this info. It's a strange decision of Adobe. Because if they support Windows 7, I see no technical difficulties with supporting Windows 8/8.1. Both OS are very similar. P.S. Future PTE 11 will support Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.

Tom, Please send me your image file. I downloaded 1920x1080 version from your link. And it's OK in PTE 10.0.9. We didn't add any change that could cause a problem with a wrong rotation. Also try to copy your image into a new folder (just one file, not all folder) and add this image to PTE again. Probably you rotated this image in the File list, or Slide list using hotkeys? When it happens a hidden file WnSoftFolderInfo2.ini appears in same folder with rotation info.
