Lin, Thanks for this info. It's a strange decision of Adobe. Because if they support Windows 7, I see no technical difficulties with supporting Windows 8/8.1. Both OS are very similar. P.S. Future PTE 11 will support Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.

Tom, Please send me your image file. I downloaded 1920x1080 version from your link. And it's OK in PTE 10.0.9. We didn't add any change that could cause a problem with a wrong rotation. Also try to copy your image into a new folder (just one file, not all folder) and add this image to PTE again. Probably you rotated this image in the File list, or Slide list using hotkeys? When it happens a hidden file WnSoftFolderInfo2.ini appears in same folder with rotation info.

Joanne, Glad that your solved 1st problem by installing version 9.0.22. File File list never displayed project files, only images/videos/audio. Please post a new topic in Suggestions for future versions if you want to see this improvement.

Hi Barry, I can see your video and audio on YouTube. Thanks. Did you check status or reports for a video in Creative Studio on Youtube? It shows a reason of possible blocking. By the way, did you try Vimeo? It seems to be less restrictive than YouTube.

Today we received our new iMac 21.5" 4K. So now we have 3 Macs for PTE development and my personal Macbook 12. We had a good progress with Mac code today.

Hi, Sorry for a late response. We had an excellent progress with Mac developement past weeks. Now we're fully concentrated on Mac version of PTE 10. And I hope that Beta version for Mac will be available this summer. Tomorrow, we'll receive a new ordered iMac 21.5" 4K to speed up the development. Also we have iMac 21.5 4K (Late 2015), Mac mini Late 2012, and my personal Macbook 12 for testing. PTE for Mac will require macOS 10.12 Sierra or newer (High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina). Probably it will work even on macOS El Capitan 10.11. All Macs Late 2012 or newer will be supported. PTE for Mac uses a modern Metal 3D graphics for maximum performance. Now I'll inform you more frequently about the development.

Ken, Try to Save As this old project in PTE AV Studio 10. Then open it in VideoBuilder. I also recommend consider MP4 video output which gives much better visual quality than DVD.

Honestly, I can't imagine how it might happen. Only uninstallation of PTE AV Studio could delete a configuration file with user settings.

Hi, Auto Update feature should keep your existing settings in PTE AV Studio if you update version 10.0.x to 10.0.x. All settings in the Preference window and size/position of PTE windows and panels. Because a new update uses same configuration file from existing version.

Hi, Try to change an audio format for your DVD disc. In the Project Options of VideoBuilder find Audio format option and change it from "MPEG Audio" to "LPCM". This problem occurs very rarely and this solution may help with some DVD players.

Your new license key is correct for PTE AV Studio 10. I just checked and it was accepted. The common typos are possible with "1" and "I". I used Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V and it worked fine.
