  1. It seems that embedded Facebook video doesn't work correctly in all browsers. It's a problem of these browsers or Facebook. Gary, I see a simple solution. Upload your AV show to Vimeo and embedd it to Slideshowclub.
  2. I recommend to use Vimeo or YouTube.

  4. Thanks for your suggestions and comment. We'll think on it.
  5. Hi Pieter, I moved your topic to "Suggestions..." section. It's a good idea, probably technically it's possible in future version(s).
  6. Try to use login and password which I sent to your email address on your smartphone. Use Copy/Paste commands.
  7. Hi, I sent you the key for PicturesToExe Deluxe 9 and login/password for the forum to your email address - bri......@...mail.com
  8. Mike, If all projects are re-saved in v9 and you call VideoBuilder from v9, the error message should not occur any more.
  9. Hi, Try to change the audio format for your DVD disc. In the Project Options of VideoBuilder (2nd page in your Word file) find Audio format option and change it from "MPEG Audio" to "LPCM".
  10. There is a solution for Mac shows created before PTE 9. Please read here: https://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/topic/19917-solution-for-non-working-slideshows-on-macos-sierra-10122/
  11. Yes, VideoBuilder works only with projects saved in same version of PicturesToExe. We plan to fully rework or replace VideoBuilder in future. This old app should be reworked.
  12. Jill, we'll try do it.
  13. Executable shows for Mac should work up ti macOS 10.14 Mojave. On Mojave you'll see a warning regarding 32-bit app which appears only once for a first launched show, and will not appear again when you run this or another shows created in PTE 9.
  14. I confirm the problem with Time Range and "Scale keyframes..." option. If Time Range were changed it works wrong after a change of a slide duration. We'll try to fix it soon.
  15. I recommend to the author of this custom transition effect to re-create it without a masking video clip.
  16. Hi, I apologize for this problem. Apple recently decided to prohibit all 32-bit apps in future macOS version. This warning appears in macOS Mojave, but you still can run the show on Mac. We plan to release 64-bit version of PicturesToExe for Mac this year. We're working hard to relase new version as soon as possible.
  17. Barry, You raised a painful subject I'm thinking on this question several years. PTE crossed a long way from a simple idea converting of images to an EXE to an AV production software with powerful audio/video/animations features. I'm also understand Lin's remark. Anyway I'm open for any ideas, just send me emails. By the way, this year PicturesToExe celebrates 20th anniversary.
  18. Hi, Lin, thanks for your suggestion. Let me think about it.
  19. Do you have other MP3 files which give same problem for a created video file? I found a reason of this problem, it requires to replace a MP3 decoder. But I'm afraid to replace it without long Beta testing, because it may cause new problems. I already replaced MP3 decoder in future version of PicturesToExe. And this problem should not occur.
  20. Fixed in PTE 9.0.22 Beta (only this change) : https://files.wnsoft.com/test/picturestoexe-setup.exe
  21. Thanks, I confirm it. We'll fix it in the nearest update.
  22. Gary, I remember.
  23. Yes, we'll do it.
  24. Hello, I apologize for my late reply! Thanks for the links to the new French resources about PicturesToExe! I'm very grateful to people who created this website and tutorials. I added a new post here: https://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/forum/66-français/ And I added 2 links on WnSoft website: https://www.wnsoft.com/fr/picturestoexe/help/ If it's necessary to correct the captions, please let me know.
