Most of my demos are more than short and simple animations of a few pictures, they are full slideshows. If I transform them into styles, it will be possible to make complete and "professional" slideshows in less than a minute. And the user will have the ability to use 10, 20... 50 (or more) of his own pictures. Change a few text, choose a music and the slideshow will be finished. That's why I will not sell pack of full slideshow styles. You might be interested in a style and not the others and you don't want to pay for the whole package. For styles that are only a short animation you want to include in a complete slideshow, packs of 4 or 5 styles will be available. Photobox style should be available in 24 to 48 hours.

For information, "Vacation" and "10 Slides" styles are ready, now compatible with any screen ratio (4:3 or 16:9) I improved "Vacation" style to accept any format of pictures (landscape or portrait, 4:3 or 3:2), the only limitation is that the formats can NOT be mixed. I improved "10 slides" style : I added a nice background and the animation is a continuous subtile zoom. It accept landscapes pictures (4:3 or 3:2). The pack #1 should be available in 7 days maximum. The pack #2 will include "pictures 3D wall", "wedding"... and "photobox" styles.

I was wondering which style to include in the pack of styles #2 (including 3 different styles). I think we found the 3rd candidate !

Ok Craig, the first pack will include "vacation", "chest box" and "10 slides" styles. the second pack will include "pictures 3D wall", "wedding" styles and a third to define.

Here is a new style I just created. Actually it was a demo I made a few years ago and I transformed it into a style. Parquet Style Demo (exe file for PC) I plan to transform many demos I made in the past and to publish them as a pack of styles for a reasonable price. I guess some people will not agree of a "commercial" pack but I spend really a lot of time to create the demos. It will take a lot of time to transform them into styles as well. I hope it will be useful for photographers. What do you think of this idea ?

Hi everybody, I was away for a looong time but I'm happy to see that this forum is still active and that a new version of PTE is in progress. Is there a topic where we can read what are the new features developped for version 9 and when it will be available ? Thanks.

And when this moments happen, the fastest way to fix is right now is for me to edit the .pte file with Notepad+ Dom, Bad Boy ;-)

I fully support the Ideas proposed by your tool, especially the timeline of each object displayed one under each other in the o/a window.It would be really a must.Thank you for your hard work Jean-Claude !

By the way, what version of PTE (beta?) do you use ?

Ken, I had same problem with a project and with an old beta. I am wondering if my PC didn't crash before the problem occured (and corrupted the PTE file ?). If you try to replace the image concerned with an other one (using the little folder icon), what happens ? In my case, the problem remained. What is the name of the image used ? In my case, the image was called "4.jpg" and I could fix the problem renaming it.

It would really help more precise and quick settings of keypoints time if it would be possible to add a graduation (a ruler) on the timeline (in O/A window), every 25% and 10% by example. In the same spirit, I would like the position parameter of the keypoint to be displayed within the slide time (and not in the project time). I would also like the waveform to be visible in this O/A window. What do you think of the suggestions ?

I like the photo but the choice of music sounds odd to me. And I would prefer a different background and a 16:9 format. Just my personal tastes :-) Anyway, thank you for sharing Barnston.
