An other explanation might be that you moved the "center" of the object on one of the keypoint. That can increase the impression of non regular zoom... Could you post your project please ?

Igor, Thank you so much for those great news on the future improvements ! Ron and Igor, about "the cover screen option" problem , I think I understand how it should work but I really think that's there is still a little problem but maybe I'm not clear. Here is what I do : - File > New Project - In project options, in the screen tab, I choose "cover screen" in the list box. - I add a picture in the slide list. - I select this slide - I click on "Objects and animation". - In the "Properties" tab, the display mode is "Fit to screen" and the picture doesn't cover the screen. I can change this mode in the list box and choose "cover screen" (and it does) but I suppose it should be already set to "Cover Screen". Am I right ? Ron, could you please make the test too ?Thanks.

Very nice Lin, Your clock is much better than mine, especially the niddles. Did you make them in photoshop ? Just a suggestion about the animation of your flight : I think you could make it look more "realistic" by the use of the "center" feature, especially the looping. I made a little test that you can find here.

It's to group objects. The son objects will automatically have the same effects as the parent object and they can have their own too ! Endless possibilities. Some people are never happy / always complain about something / are not fair with the amount of efforts of other people. Please Igor don't take any consideration in this kind of message, I'm pretty sure that 99,99% of PTE users have no doubt about the final release. I think that you and your team ARE true magicians, and I really mean it. Btw, could you tell us how many people are in the development team and what's their names ? Very nice, I love it ! The idea is great ! Just to experiment, I added a frame (with all your objects grouped inside) with zoom, rotate and pan motion ( ) to add a little more animation ( ) and I added this flies sound (that I found on http://www.findsounds.com in case you didn't know this site ). Really immersive. Can't wait to see that.

Thanks for your advice Al, it really helped ! (even if I would prefer something easier and faster ). The result (here) is still not convincing but it's better than it was. Btw, I think I found an other (minor) bug / something not implemented yet : in projects options, screen tab, the cover screen mode doesn't seem to be applied to the slides (always "fit to screen").

If he asked for money for you, I think he's right but I doubt it was the case. Really annoying this hack. I know two phpbb forums that where hacked and they had the last update. The hackers deleted all the messages. In cas you didn't do it, you should do a fresh backup copy of your database and files... Just a suggestion.

Anyway, this clockface is just a jpeg I found on the Internet and I saved it as a .png file. I think it would be easy to find an other one that fits your taste.

I noticed something really annoying when you want to precisely adjust an object motion. Quite often (at least, it's my case ) I need to pan or zoom on an object and this adjustement is completely linked to the position of an other object in the next/previous slide (especially with "cut" transition). But in the O/A window, you only can view the animations of the current slide (Or may be I missed something ?) Sorry to ask again for something else but it would be really helpful to have the ability to see the beginning of the next slide/the end of the previous slide in the current slide. Is it possible ?

Lin, You seem to have a good knowledge with Photoshop. I only have very basics skills. Could you - or anyone who knows - explain how I can make : - a text mask (i.e, black color for the background and transparent for the text) - masks with progressive opacity (transparent to black) applied to the borders of various shape (circle, triangle, oval, text... or even more complex shape). Thanks.

I noticed that it is not always easy or even possible to manipulate objects with the mouse in the animation window, especially when these objects are on each other. You can not select those which are under and you have to enter numeric values in the animation tab for them. I know that somebody already pointed this out and that Igor answered but I can't find the post. Any idea of where it is and what is/will be the solution ?

Yes, why not, could be useful... but how would you choose the slide you want to add this image ? In fact, the most valuable feature for me ( ) would be the ability to drag an drop images in a slide. Or at least, when you "add image", you would have by default a thumbnail list (instead of "details"). Am I dreaming Igor ?

Just a little question though : why does this jpg file "follow" the direction of the red layer ? It just could be the whole map, right ?
