  1. Here it is. Thanks Igor! test.pteeff
  2. I left only 3 objects. Thanks Igor. {f57b8f94-8322-43b0-8b1c-3e725fcf56e3}.effsrc
  3. Wow, technically very impressive ! I have no idea how you achieved this. Well done.
  4. The deconfinement starts tomorrow in France. Until we can travel again, dreaming is still possible... Please watch it full screen, in HD with loud speakers 3'30 to escape.
  5. My pleasure Pascal, sharing tips and tricks makes us improve together in the mastering of this great software. Aleina, this a wonderful collective stimulation.
  6. Yes, that's strange. I unzip the .pteff and copied the image in the transition folder and now it works. I modified one of your mandala transition. What do you think of the result ? Tom's Mandala modified.pteeff
  7. Hi Sanpier, I add some comments to Jose's answer. There is no ready to use text animations but you can build them. There is a styles and transitions subforum here where you can find what the community created. And you can have a look at my website here to see the styles and transitions available. Wnsoft is really listening to its community and there is even a subforum for suggestions for next versions here
  8. I checked in the ...\Documents\PicturesToExe\Styles and Transitions\Transitions folder. The image files are not there.
  9. Tom, it seems there is a problem with your transitions when I want to use them. I got the error "missing files" I don't know if it's an export or import problem.
  10. I'm sure it will be piece of cake for you. I don't know if you already watched it but this demo is done with with the same concept of universal format : It works perfectly for every format of picture used for the cover and optimised to the maximum display on screen without beeing cropped.
  11. Here is the concept with a very simple project. Replace the image with an other image (16/9 for example or even portrait) and you will see that it will automatically adapt to the maximum screen display possible (80% in this case without beeing cropped). With your skills, it will be very easy for you to study what I mean. Universal format project 4 Strange_May8-2020_20-53-16.zip
  12. LOL, in a way I'm reassured. You work very quickly !
  13. I just saw that it is a video you posted today on YouTube. Is it something you made today ?
  14. What the... !! I am shocked to see how our achievements are alike! And I used the sepia filter too! And yet, I swear to you that I have never seen your video. I discovered it just now. Is there brain transfer through the air ?? That's so strange !! In any case, as you say, the realization of the sequence is achievable for someone experienced. Honestly, I had issues with the disclosure and I had to really think in 3D space. Personally, I had to face three challenges: - make the assembly universal (yes, it is the same unfolding sequence whatever the format) It's hard to explain but the trick is to achieve EVERYTHING with the main image object as a starting point reference and to build the rest with this reference and dependance. All pieces objects are dependant one from each other. You MUST not use frame, only your image. It's a real headache but at the end, the animation works for all image formats and all points of view. - render the assembly without 3D anomaly whatever the point of view, and not only with a view on the top. I made the assembly in top view... I had to start over almost from scratch! My method was incompatible with change of the X Y axis of rotation! - make the assembly fluid + add shadows and reflections effects to make it "photo realistic". I continued to polish it this morning. That's the little details which make it look "professional" Tom, Barry, Lin, Wideangle, Kieron, thanks a lot. Barry, if I could find a cure against coronovirus, I would be sad but I would immediately stop PTE ! Unfortunately I will continue with this sofware ;-)
  15. Great tip Igor, thanks, really very useful for complex animations ! It depends on the effect wanted. but for my own use, I will use black color filter (instead of Grayscale) for a more uniform shadow. Btw, did you enjoy your vacations in Amiens ? ;-)
  16. I think you got it. The latency is only with multiple slide objects (18 by example) See image attached for my graphic card.
  17. Hi Igor, I could do it with a project. But I don't know why, there is an issue with the other one. I did it several times with the same method than for the first project. But even with the ReplaceWithEffectBuffer=1 line added (or ReplaceWithEffectBuffer=2) and renaming object name to Slide1 (or Slide2), PTE keeps the original images (instead of switching to slide objects). I am sure there is something I made wrong but I have no idea what it could be. Could you have a look please ? {4e836ddf-6a76-4876-89eb-92dacf1d14de}.effsrc
  18. Your update is really good Tom, well done.
  19. I have been working on an old "unfolding" concept I created in PTE in 2010 (you can watch this, there is a letter unfolding at 0:29). I improved it with the new features available in V10. The nine pieces unfolding really gave me headhache and I thought I could never achieve the effect. I wanted it to be universal and to work with images in landscape and portrait format as well and what ever their format (16:9, 3:2, 4:3) It was really much more complex to realize than my initial 4 pieces unfolding and really pushed my limits more than I thought. That's why, after days and days of effort, I am glad to be able to present it to you.
  20. Very nice Tom ! May be you could add the "wave" effect to image appearing too, what do you think ?
  21. Very interesting, thanks Paul. I am wondering what Wnsoft team thinks of this. Igor ?
  22. I hope you're right Alaina. I don't know how complicated it is to code but the recalculation of repetitions is a simple rule of three. If time slide is doubled, repetitions is doubled too by example. As you say, let's hope, unless Igor or somebody in Wnsoft can already tell us what we can except (or not).
  23. Problem fixed, new version available. Thank you again Pascal for pointing it out.
  24. This modifiers feature is really great and I can imagine a lot of use for them ! but in my opinion, there is a serious issue right now. If you decide to change the time duration of a slide, the number of repetition for existing modifiers stays unchanged. And it will totally ruin the wanted effect. in my opinion, you should have the same possibility than keypoints when you change time slide. there should be an option « recalculate repetitions for modifiers on time change » and when it is ticked, the number of repetitions should be automatically recalculated (as it is for key frames with the option « scale key frames in objects on time change » ) . and repetitions will keep unchanged if the option is not ticked). Much more flexibility and more logical the way I see things. What do you think ?
  25. Thank you Aleina (again), it really pleases me to see you like my work.
