  1. The PC monitor is 16x9 Resolution 3840 x 2160. The 16x9 MP4 fills the whole of the monitor on the PC but not on the TV. The 16x10 MP4's do not fill the full width of the PC monitor or the TV. Using VLC Media Player on the PC gives the same results as when playing on the TV i.e it has black borders on the sides. If I run an exe file created in 16x9 on the TV the image fills the whole screen. 16x10 exe has the borders on the side. Ernest
  2. The mp4 video's that I have created do fill the full width of the screen of my smart Samsung TV's. I have published the HD video's using the default 3840 x 2160 and various custom resolutions without any success. I have also used projects of with an aspect ratio of 16 x 9 and 16 x 10. Any help will be appreciated. Ernest
  3. Hi Barry, I have just watched your video and size my images like you demonstrated in PS. My camera file size default is 3965 x 2478 pixels with a resolution of 300 pixels / inch. I reduce the resolution to 100 and the size to 1920 x 1080. This gives me sharp images after publishing to an exe file on my 4k monitor and play back on a smart HD TV. If I publish to HD and 4k the result is the same as the exe file on my monitor. The images are however very grainy when I play the MP4 file on the HD smart TV through a USB port. I have increased the image resolution to 150 pixels inch and the results are still unacceptable on the TV. I use the the same settings in the "creating HD and 4k video" menu as you did in your demonstration. What resolution do you recommend when sizing your images? Thanks for an excellent video. I will apply the plus 25% to my images in future. Regards, Ernest
  4. Thanks, will do.
  5. Thanks Dave. I downloaded the file "Album a PTESTYLE file. When I try to open the file I get a message "Are you sure you want to completely remove PicturesToExe 9.0.4" I am obviously doing something incorrectly. 1 I downloaded the incorrect file? 2 If it is the correct file where should I place it? as I cannot open it. Ernest
  6. Hi Lin, Where can I download Dave's Album style? Regards, Ernest
  7. Hi, I have a "Missed Audio Files" error message on one of my shows. Is there any way that I can restore the file with all the work that was originally done to the audio file? I have previously restored images with all their options, styles and animation by going to Objects & Animation, Properties & Picture.... Ernest
  8. Thanks. The Envelope Line was clicked off.
  9. I have "lost" the editing marks on the music tracks, i.e. the fade pointer and the red center line in the track is missing. Can't see what I did or how to correct. Regards, Ernest
  10. Hi All, Thanks for all the input. The problem occurs on my wife's PC which has an Intel Graphics and Media card on the motherboard. The settings are: Resolution: 1920 x 1200 Refresh rate: 59p Hz. Changing the setting to 60 Hz increases the hesitation. Scaling: Maintain Display Scaling The PC processor is a Intel Pentium CPU G2030 at 3.00GHz 3.00GHz with 4 gig ran and 64 bit operating system. The problem occurs in both the preview and when running the exe file. When I run the exe file on my PC that has a Nividia GeForce GT520 display adapter there is no hesitation. So it seems that the problem is due to the graphic card on my wife's PC. The solution would be to install a separate graphic card to her PC. Regards, Ernest
  11. I am getting a slight hesitation of the main object during a pan. It seems to be at the point where the fade from the previous slide ends. I have used linear, accelerate and smooth pans all without success. I am using a basic dissolve. My version is 8.0.18 Deluxe. Regards, Ernest
  12. I have done a number of tests using slides having a 19:9 aspect ratio and the show also 16:9. The slides are sized 1920 x 1080 pixels with a resolution of 100 pixels/inch. Also did some tests with the slide side increased to 2129 x 1200 pixels. After publishing the show for DVD the resolution is very poor and the images not sharp. I am able to view the DVD on the PC but not using a DVD player. When I previously published a show using version 7.5 I could view the show uing the DVD player, but the results were also poor. I also get poor results when using PTE's video builder and and Nero to burn the DVD. The DVD can be viewed on both the PC and using a DVD player. Any advise will be appreciated.
  13. Hi Yachtsman, Sorry about the above message, I sent it before downloading your last message. I will do some more tests. Ernest
  14. I see that i obviously must.
  15. Thanks yachtsman1. Should I also change the size of the slide in Screen Object Options - Virtual size of slide from 1024 x 768 to 1920 x 1080? Ernest
