Hi All, Regarding DVD Burners i installed the LITEON DVD+/-RW 8X SPEED, a couple of months ago and fine this burner excellent this will burn 8X DVD+R, 4X DVD +RW,4X DVD-R,2X DVD-RW & 40XCD-R, 24X CD-RW, Dave

Quickflixs, you are proberbley right, but i have not purchases any as yet just trying out the one's i come accross, i have Adobe Premier 6 but to be honest i am unable to use it with PTE as i don't know how, but thanks for the advice. Dave

i have just created my first DVD slide show and it came out fantastic, i have read various posts on what software to use when creating your first show i tried pinnacle studio 8 but without much success, i finally used TMPGEng 2.5 to conver the exe to Avi file and to complete the process including writing to the DVD, i used TMPGEng DVD Author, these two programmes are so easy to use and the picture sound and clarity was perfect, ie at full screen, i created all of the 161 slides in PS @ 116kb, i added four music tracks using Adove Audition, so all in all it has been well worth it, and thanks Al for all the previous support. HI Oleg & Carol, It was an great tutorial, just what i have been waiting for regarding the presentation of effects using frames ect, regarding the time wise of this tutorial put to-gether would as you state be difficult, but tell me was it possible to do a any or part of the work using the actions and batch command, i find these invaluable at times,on certain projects i carry out, even such as a simple make over, Anyway thanks for a great tutorial. Many thanks to all, i finnished up downloading Audio Grabber, which by the way is now free, and ripped them to Mp3, so for now all ok, i do appreciate the input what a great forum, no doubt i will be back as i learn on the way, and thanks Maureen i will visit the site Dave

Hi Guys, completley new to the forum and pictures to EXE, so please bear with me, my problem seems to be adding music, i have downloaded music files into my Muscic folder, using windows media player, hence all files are .wma after assembling the photo's i require, then when i go into project options-music-Add and i add one of these files, nothing will happen i can't get any duration, in fact it freezes, I have an .mpa file in the same folder put that in and no problem at all, could you please advise what the problem is or what i am doing wrong? and thanks for the trouble.
