Thank you for reply, however I fail miserably to get past the section seeking 'preferences / comparisons etc. and do not get to the Main! I have recently contacted 'online help' on a number of occasions but have not ever had a reply! I am clearly failing in some way....

I don't seem to be able to get the time line with blue dots to come up. I have paid for the upgrade to no avail any advice would b welcome. Thank you
