I started a show that had 95 slides in it. I thought I would change the transition on 10 or so of the slides so that not every transition was the same. I made the changes and when I went to play it the first slide transitioned using a Mosaic dissolve. I hadn't changed that transition. So, I went and looked at the transitions on the other slides and PTE had unilaterally changed all the transitions (other than the 10 I changed) to: Default Transition With It's Own Time, somehow using Mosaic. Prior they were all set to Basic Transition-Dissolve. I had to go through the whole show and change all the transitions back. Not very happy.

I agree about not using the same image more then once but, Photodex Producer has some special effects that PTE doesn't that uses multiple images and you're likely not to notice they are in the there - they just add to the effect. I find it easier to see images that I haven't used. I was unaware of the bolding you mentioned Jill. I just looked and saw it. I still prefer the way Photodex does it but I guess it's all what you're used to.

This idea is from Photodex Producer. They show you in the file list the # of times you've used and image and if an image is not used. I would like to see this implemented in PTE. I've attached a screen shot. Thanks. Harry
