  1. The problem I encountered was that my email was not working correctly when I made my order. After commenting on this forum, I was contacted by WnSoft and found out that emails they sent were not being received by my email. Once it was determined that it was my email that was the problem WnSoft quickly sent me the license key and has been extremely helpful. To those who may have a similar issue getting a license key I suggest contacting WnSoft using an alternative email address. This would have lessened the amount of time I waited for the license key.   2. Igor, I got an email to my alternate email address yesterday with the license key and this morning I received an email to the address that was having problems. Thank you for taking care of getting my license key to me and alerting me to a problem that I might have with my normal email. Michael
  3. I purchased an upgrade from Studio Pro 10 to Studio Pro 11 on January 2. I got a payment invoice from PayPro Global for $49.01 US and the money was taken out from the credit card I submitted for payment. The invoice was sent to my email address in less than five minutes. Today is January 6 and I still have not received a license key. The key should have come to my email address immediately as the payment invoice did. I have sent in the form on the Contact Us webpage three times since the purchase with no response. Two of the times I sent a copy of the payment invoice and still haven't received a license key or any response. I know that this forum is for technical matters but there is no other way to contact the company other than the form on the contact page which I am unable to save as I can an email message. I am wondering about how good the customer service is going to be since it seems to be non-existent now. Please send me the license key that I paid for so I can use the program I paid for.
