I am having trouble getting any response from WnSoft to my request for my License Key- refer attached . This is the second time I have used the contact system to report my issue and no response on either occasion. While I have License Keys for both 10 Pro and 11(Beta) neither of these are recognised when I Try to upgrade. Advice would be appreciated

Having first purchased Studio 10 in Oct'22 and then also upgraded to Studio Pro 10 will I be eligible for the Free Upgrade to Studio 11 in Dec'22?
