Many thanks for the reply. Nothing in my spam folder and I am trying to upgrade using the link on WnSoft site.

Tried to contact support today with no reply (twice). Cannot upgrade from PTE Studio 10 Pro to Studio 11 Pro. Each time I try to install it says that my Pro 10 licence is invalid or damaged. WnSoft sent my licence today and I cut and pasted this into the required box, still no joy. Very frustrating.
