THIS IS FROM MY ARCHIVES -- happened a few years back when i was trying to send shows to a friend - the rules may have changed since this but the concept remains the same ken dont knoww if i ever sent you this or not but is very important -- the info was sent to a lady when i was having problems sending her files it was the answer that her isp tech gave her ken Hello, My name is Tim. Mail servers are specifically designed to transmit text messages; similar to electronic 'postcards', or letters. Sending large email attachments congests data traffic, and delays delivery to ALL accounts on the server. Email is encrypted 'before' passing through the outgoing mail server, and decrypted 'after' passing through the receiving mail server. This encryption process can increase file size by 30% or more, depending on the file format. The 'shaw.ca' mail server can process files up to five (5) megabytes (Total) in size. However, this includes the size of the outgoing file after encryption. Though larger files occasionally get through, the recommended setting guarantees safe passage through our mail server. Remember that receiving mail servers, especially dial-up connection mail servers, may have further size restrictions to as low as 1 or 2 megabytes; in which case the message and attachment will be rejected and returned to you. Alternatively, most email programs will allow you to 'break' the message into smaller pieces to send it. Please see the programs help files for assistance with this. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) For years the Internet has used FTP 'File Transfer Protocol', to transport large files across. FTP transfers files of any size, from one Internet connected computer to another, and is the standard used to move 'Internet Freight' (Large Files). Just do a search on 'FTP', as there are 'free' and 'shareware' FTP programs, as well as 'packaged' software that can be purchased. Our first priority is to ensure that shaw.ca mail servers are available continuously, and we encourage you to consider file transfer options that directly meet the need. Please feel free to contact us, the local phone number for technical support can be found at http://support.shaw.ca/contacts.htm or visit our Customer Support Site at http://support.shaw.ca. Thank you for choosing Shaw. Tim E-Mail Support Team Shaw High-Speed Internet Service internet.help@sjrb.ca When sending a reply to us, please remember to include all previous correspondence. The size limit per email is 5 MB uncompressed. Because most files have some sort of compression, the actual file size is generally 3-4 MB allowable. We also have a storage limit of 10 MB of total space on our servers. If someone sends you a 2 MB email, but you only have 1.5 MB available, the message will be returned as well.

video builder used to make permanent iso and a mpeg2 see my old screenshot 2006 era just checked ver 5.5 and those features are still there granted the multiple issue is still out here - i think ken
-
Peter vertical's - frames etc -- tv's no like at times I always make full screen so there are no edges to wiggle -- especially bad on r side - it is not video builder's fault -'tis the nature of the beast do search of forum or my faq for r side wiggle, jaggies this thread is from 2005 http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums//index...;f=2&t=2899 but if you format the show proper there is no problem as shows have been presented by other members by beemers etc on 100" screens with astounding results ken

good stuff Igor -- do you feed the owl? ken
