from my collection http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index....470&hl=exif and when the first beta 5's came on the scene it was me that brought up the fact that slide ID, comments, exif data etc were not showing properly via the rolldown -exif etc were new to the options whereas slide ID,comments had been around since the v3 series -- positioning was always a problem back then and we did not have much adjustment ver 5 opened up a whole lot of "new" options and basically we had to learn how to use them when Igor resolved the proper slide "name/comment" issue he stated at that time that exif data was giving him a problem and it was on his to do list and eventually would get it fixed. i will go thru my archives and add links to this issue my first question re comments postion starts here http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index....post&p=9886 http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index....amp;#entry44019 http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index....648&hl=exif if you do a forum search use exif and use my name Ken Cox it will bring up a page of hits ken

an avi > than 1 gb, will have a tough time going on a standard dvd disk by the time it is encoded -- the other day i was tryng to do a +- 700 mb avi movie clip with nero and it told me it was too big for a standard disc it would have to resize the file to a different format or for me to use a series 9 disc -- dual layer i believe i went for the resized version which gave me a +- 2" border top and bottom ken

set up an account at http://www.mediafire.com/ theory says the shows can be there for an unlimited time they have to take site down for routine maintenance but is generally up with 2-3 hrs make show < 100 mb i always zip my files because some systems will not allow downloading exe's once it is up there you just send the customer a link and they download at their convenience if you mail me off list i will send you a recent link that i put up so you can see how easy it works ken

whenever i go to look i get a pop up about my adobe reader needs fixing and adobe is not even turned on at the time and i have the adobe autostart turned off ken

save as with a different name and create as a different name example save as pam1.pte create as pam1.exe next time change the 1's to 2's and so forth also update your version to 4.48 ken

BARRY with it being an exe it should not matter which version they are using maybe if they mt'd their temp int file of everything but cookies and tried the download again it may be alright and possibly relocate the download to another place on their system ken
