  1. BILL see http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums//index...t=ST&f=4&t=3141 ken
  2. Bill welcome to the forum i have good luck with -- in order of preference WinDvd 6 platinum Nero 6 suite Roxio EasyDvd 7 suite if i want to make mpg's with the temp avi i import it into WinAvi Tmpgenc do a search of the forum for ulead and you see a lot of comments ken
  3. well i would like the version of p2e you are using because once the pte finish is clicked the temp avi is flushed and the saved avi just plays music unless you encode it while it is still "alive" to a mpg ken
  4. yes it still remains did you try playing it if my memory serves me right -- it is just sound -- no video
  5. terry you cannot reuse the temp avi again once the pte is closed ken
  6. Terry did you keep the file open all the time you were encoding another route would be to import the temp avi into winavi or tmpgenc and make a mpg of the show, then you may be able to work with it easier in one of your other programs ken
  7. Pik i may be wrong but i thought the latest version was supposed recognize the new location are you using a current version ken
  8. Chris use the forum search for autorun been discussed many times autorun is intended to make a cd autorun and that starts the program ken

  11. I have a friend who used to do weddings with 'Blad's - he couldnt use the motordive model in the "quiet times" - he would revert to the manual 500cm Hasselblad's were the camera of choice for wedding photographers -- in fact i think one of our members might still use one -- wonder how he overcomes the noise factor? ken

  17. Robert google turned up http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=iso+im...age+files&meta= I have run into files that were too big and was forced by Nero to instead of making a "file disk" had to make an ISO disk -- i named it properly before it was burned. then i bought an external dual layer burner and my xmas 2004 file which is 4.63 GB (4,975,435,776 bytes) mpg is on a dual layer disk and i am able to play it as an mpg in my dvd players the thing to remember with a 4.6 gb disk --the free space or usable space is only +- 4.3 gb - the hidden formatting takes up space -- maybe somebody else can jump in here to better explain the actual space available on cd's or dvd disk's I would not be making file disks >4.3 gig for the ISO problem and i always make 2 copies whether it is a dvd or a cd disk for my personal satisfaction that i have backed up as best i can see http://dvddemystified.com/dvdfaq.html http://www.cdrfaq.org/ http://www.mrichter.com/cdr/welcome.htm ken
