  8. Dawn the contents of the video folder are all different type files but one of them should give you some indication so if you open the folder r mouse each, one at a time - give open with command -- select windows media player [wmp] what are your results ken

DAWN VIDEO_TS and the AUDIO_TS folder. are standard folders for a dvd if you looked at a store bought dvd movie the folders would be the same if you checked the properties of the folder VIDEO_TS and the AUDIO_TS folder. are in what size are you showing there will be nothing in AUDIO_TS folder. ken
  10. Dawn what operating system do you have -- win 7 has a dvd burning feature did you ever burn a dvd before what program did you use DaveG generally advises you to create an ISO file and burn a dvd with it using a different program than PTE ken
  11. Dawn were you able to burn dvd's before PTE? have you burned a dvd data disc -- have you copied a dvd disk etc ken

  17. Eric as i said -- common to my 3 systems is a very quick flash of white text before the mgm lion comes on NO problems with clicking the buttons other than some dont work ken

  19. ERIC have to retract my test results i downloaded to my xp system and there was a slight flash before the mgm lion rechecked the win 7 systems and it is there also sorry if i gave you false hope ken
