Thanks, Jim. I haven't tried it yet but I am sure I can follow your directions.

A friend is trying to figure out if there is a way to "preview" the timing of comment and the slide at the same time as when you click Preview it starts at the beginning of the show. He just wants to check the sound with one individual slide not all of them. I have used only slides in my presentations and not added sound yet so don't know the answer. Eleanor

I have saved the presentation I created and saved a file of the images. They do not run in the correct order. Is there some way of changing the saved files in the PTE order? Eleanor Ontario
