Sign up for a free Yahoo account and forward it to that and your attachment will be there. I emailed support before figuring it out and they replied 3 days later so Yahoo is your best bet.

OK, I forwarded it to my yahoo email and the attachment was there and I have successfully registered my program now!! Thanks for that link- I guess I semi did understand what it was saying. I will be around, believe me I will have many more questions.

Thanks for the fast reply but that made my head spin. I am not good at this stuff. I use AOL, do you think that had something to do with the attachment not making it?

I got the email telling me what to do and it told me to save the attached file but there was nothing attached. Has anyone else had this happen? I was so ready to work with this tonight.
