Oh, I hope someone can help me! I had the trial version and purchased the reg. version two days ago and I have two questions. 1. When I got the email from the company, it said there was a file attached and to save the file to my pc. ?? There was no file. What are they talking about? 2. So, in this email I got the some code that evidently is the "key." When I open the program and try to "load the key" I get the screen shown below. It is looking for a type of file, right??? What file? The one I didn't get? Thank you so much for the help!! I emailed the company and the only explanation I got was they sent me the key code again. That kind of makes me think I'm not doing something right.
