Hi, I have very recently begun using Pictures to Exe and I'm having a similar problem to the one that you describe. I am running version 4.45 on Windows XP version 2002 and my hardware is a HP Pavilion with Pentium ®4. I am not an expert in systems / IT but the problem I am experiencing is that when I set up a slide show I can't get music to play. I have copied the music from a cd using Windows Media Player. The track appears in the library which seems to mean that it has been successfully ripped from the CD. When I set up the slide show and select "customise slide" it shows the track that I want to select. I highlight this and hit the "ok" button When I run the "preview " the slides run ok. but there is no sound. I believe I have set up the process correctly and ticked te appropriate boxes but just cannot get the music to play. Can anyone help me to sort this out. I shall be grateful for any advice.
