Does this mean that if, after the time limit has expired on a user's computer, the user then tries to play it on another computer, it will work again?

I want to set a time limit for exe presentation viewing. If I set it for 30 days, does it start from the date of first viewing or from time the presentation is created? Also, can someone thwart the viewing time limit by restting the date on their computer? Thanks, DeanQ
