Following one of the indicated procedures, on 2 January 2003, I sent ( by fax) the order form for a personal licence of PicturesToExe to Universal Commerce. On the same date I sent to Universal Commerce the related foreign money order ($26.50). Up until now ( 12 February), I have not received the registration key or acknowledge of receipt from Universal Commerce. I have written unsuccessfully. Please, let me know what I have to do.
