  1. Hi Igor I have been able to recover my old License Key and that has enabled me to purchase an upgrade, just awaiting a confirmation email with new License Key. Regards Mike PS To all others that answered my posting, thank you very much.
  2. Hi Igor I cannot see an email from you, I have just checked, it may have got blocked, but I cannot see why. Regards Mike
  3. I have purchased many versions of PTE, but have been away for a number of years, now want to use version 8. I have changed my computer and I have lost track of a Registration key, I have an REG.txt file but I do not know how to use this to get a License Key. I have email support, but as yet no reply, may be that they are all on holiday.
  4. Hi Everyone I have been missing from the forum for some time, also my website E-Shop was off line because of a problem with PayPal, which is now resolved and my E-Shop is now open again for trading. You can get to my E-Shop by click Here.
  5. Hi Peter I have just noticed your Rubik's Cube demonstration, what a great effect. I tried it in an earlier version of PTE, but mine doesn't compare with your version. Very well done.
  6. Fancy your own Website, if so why not have a look at Xara Graphic Solutions, it is priced at a reasonable cost and very straight forward with the ability to create roll over Nav Bars, pop-up photographs, a great number of templates. There is also a good number of video tutorials to look at and provide you with support. If you are interested, why not have a look Here.

    JPD

I am very sorry to hear of the sad death of JPD, his work inspired me to look further into the use of PicturesToExe, as other have said, he will be sadly missed. We need some how to keep his memory alive.
  8. Don From my experience with the software, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain. Enjoy.
  9. Hi Don I have sort some further advice on your question and here is the reply. No, actually - Topaz Adjust's effects can't be achieved by any means in Photoshop. It basically tonemaps the image, but in a pretty specific way. Unless you were to dodge and burn each individual pixel in Photoshop to achieve the same look, there's no way to do it in Photoshop. (Although you can get somewhat close with curves/shadow highlights/vibrance/etc). As for noise reduction, there's simply no way to accomplish the same level of noise reduction in Photoshop as in Topaz Adjust or Topaz DeNoise. Lots of people like using Topaz Adjust after a Photomatix HDR conversion. Photomatix also contains a tonemapper, although it works differently than the one in Topaz Adjust. Hope that this is of some help to you in your decision making.
  10. Hi Don Sorry for the delay in responding and John, no problem, this is what a forum is for, the best collective advice. Topaz Adjust is certainly very convenient and as John mentioned, possible better than the average user could achieve using Photoshop. Can I refer you to Scott Kelley's Photoshop Inside Review, this was based on ADJUST3, and most believe that ADJUST4 is an improvement. Here is the link to the Review. Hope that this helps, if you want to try a download of ADJUST4 and get a 30 day Unlimited Trial Key, then click Here. The Topaz ADJUST4 base price is $49.99. However, during the promotion period 1st - 15th March you can use a coupon code "newadjust", this will give you a saving of $10 resulting in a purchase price it for $39.99. The same coupon code will also work to save 20% on the Topaz Bundle, or bundle upgrades.
  11. Topaz Labs announces a major upgrade of the Topaz Adjust Photoshop plug-in, which features new presets, a completely redesigned user interface, and upgraded image processing algorithms. With these improvements, Adjust4 offers a new way for photographers to improve their photographs quickly. Topaz Adjust4 is a free upgrade for existing customers and retails for $49.99. It is compatible with Windows and Intel-based Macs. For more information you can visit the Topaz Adjust homepage at Here.

Does WnSoft operate an Affiliate or Reseller Program for PicturesToExe, I see that some forum members offer the product for direct sale.

  14. It turns out that Ronnie uses the same software as recommended by Lin, I downloaded a number of software packages and this did create the smallest file size. However, I decided to upgrade to SwishVideo3, a software package that I have used for sometime. Thanks for your help.
  15. Ken Thanks, I have sent Ronnie an email.
