  1. Welcome home Jean-Pierre, It’s good to see you back amongst us, and, I hope in the very best of health. What a way to herald your return, you sequence was brilliant, the animation was right on the pace of the sound track, the whole thing was very well crafted. I particularly liked the use of noise? on your closing image, very original, I think I shall (borrow) the idea. Tom
  2. Good Morning Brian, Thank you for the above info, I have read all the Tech details as you suggested and did another search on e-bay,this is what I found(attach), I am asking for your advise before purchase as the buy now price,+ postage seems realy cheap. What do you think. Tom.

  4. Peter, If you go down to the woods today you'd better go in disguise. Todays the day the teddy bears have their picnic
  5. You could also use an "iMAC Audio Input Adapter" ~Suitable for Macs and Windows PCs'. This 'Griffin Audio Module' simply plugs into any USB Port and you connect your Audio Source to it and it does the rest. Costs in U.K £30. See "Attachments" Brian.Conflow.
  6. Hi! Freddy, I have been thinking of your requirements and came up with this.(see attachment). I hope it's what you require as this was achieved entirely in P2e. If you require my project files. Please e-mail me or send a PM. Tom_1.zip

  10. Hi! Lin, I started downloading ar 17.30 G.M.T and don't appear to have any problem, at 65mg it will take a few moments to complete, I shall inform you of the result. Regards, Tom.
  11. Pam, Just a thought but have you tried to run RESTORE, it may reset your windows to a time before your problem. If this works, don't forget to save all your shows to a CdRom.
  12. Great news Igor, I can’t wait, this will make things a lot easier for us who are long in the tooth.
  13. I am not sure if I am duplicating these requests but here goes…. 1. The ability to see all objects and animation in preview window within Timeline customize synchronization dialogue box, this would make the editing of objects synchronisation to music peaks and lows very easy. 2. It would also be an advantage to those of us with failing eyesight (due to age) if the preview window could be made larger and the timeline window being full screen
  14. Hi! Geoff, Thank you very much, your solution worked a treat. All my Avi's run smoothly across all platforms....ie; Projected image, on my plasma and on my computer(laptop), Microsoft Media player 11 now uninstalled on laptop as no longer required, I am leaving it on my desktop computer for DVD playing. Thanks again. Tom.
  15. Lin…. Thanks for the info… I agree it must be a configuration problem in Media Player, I made an Avi file via P2e with the same result, the Avi content will not play on my tv or projected image, I have had a look at the media players help files, total waste of time so I have sent an e-mail to Tech support, I will let you know the outcome. Ian…. With my laptop (Acer 3020) and projector (Acer 520 dlp, native res 1024x768) the projected image is a mirror of what the laptop screen is displaying , pressing Fn and F5 does nothing, but Fn and F6 toggles my laptop display on and off. I have tried all combination with the Fn key, but no joy. Do you have anymore Ideas?????? Tom.
  16. Hi! Lin, Been trying to send a personal message but your in box is full. I have a problem I’m sure it’s one you can help me solve. My problem is with Camtasia screen Recordings; I followed your advice on how to produce tutorials, and even downloaded your suggested Video Codec and am very pleased with the results I am getting, I have even burned them to disc and sent to friends, including Ronnie West with no problems. Recently my Camera Club asked me to produce a Video Tutorial (the basics) on P2e v5 and project it at a club meeting , I produced the Tutorial and it runs great on my computers, but when I connect my projector (to my Laptop) all I get is the Audio and the Media players skin, no Video content.(I have my recordings set to play as Avi's in Media Player). I then connected my Laptop to my 42” plasma with the same result, sound from the TV and players skin displayed but no video. All my P2e sequences project with no problems and play via my Plasma (great on my Plasma, quality as good as HD). Have you any Ideas on what I am doing wrong? And if so how I can correct it? Looking forward to your reply with anticipation. If any other members have a contribution to make please don't hesitate, I need to solve this before the end of next month or my club will have to suffer more of my sequnces and no tutorials. Tom
  17. Lin, Thank you, that would be first class. Tom.

  22. Hi! Lin, Well I have had a go at producing a 3D sequence; there is a link to the show below. None of the images were from a pair in the conventional sense, I took a 2D image and pasted PNG. Cut outs to produce what you see. I used “AnaMaker” software to render them 3D but was disappointed that the software doesn’t support Png. Files, so no animation in P2e, I know you have achieved animations, so please what’s the method?. If anybody else wants to download and you have a pair of anaglyph glasses, please feel free, but I would like some feedback. http://www.mediafire.com/?9zh3gmz0znm Hope you enjoy. Tom.
  23. Lin, Thanks for your prompt reply..... I have sent you an e-mail containing a small programme for creating stereo images, have a look at it and let me know if it's of any use. Tom. P.S. Off out now to create some image pairs.......
  24. Lin, I know you made the above post back in December but I have been trawling about the forum and came across it. I have a question if I may? what software did you use to render the final image, and how can it be obtained?. For a long time now I have been nurturing the idea of going out and creating stereo pairs of images and producing a show, I used to create 3D shows years ago using 2x projectors with polarised filters stuck in front of each lens, the veiwers had paper polarised glasses, I also intend to resurrect these shows by scanning the slides and applying the 3D effect. I enjoyed your little demo, thanks for sharing it with us. Tom
