  1. I agree about the 3s clips probably for the same reason as you, but it’s not just action movies and the challenge to retain interest in AV is always a battle. It’s why the first rule of AV is not to allow your enthusiasm to make a presentation 15 minutes long with content that couldn’t hold attention for 5.
  2. AV, whether that is still images or video is all about the Visual content. It doesn’t matter what clever techniques or animation we use. Poor images or boring video remain poor and boring no matter what we do with them in the software. Have you noticed that some TV programs are made up of video clips no longer than 3 seconds?

  4. I have a number of slide shows HERE I've only just started using video via a drone myself and this was the drones first outing and total Video AV, but it is fairly simple.
  5. Just above the timeline on the left hand side is a small icon that turns the volume line on and off. It’s that small zig-zag line.
  6. This isn’t a windows issue is it. Since I did an update a day or so ago, strange things have happened to me with a Camtasia project. Sound or visual tracks disappear from the timeline and I have no idea why, which is odd. Given that I’ve been using Camtasia for years. At first I put it down to an unknown error I must have made, but it’s now happened a few times. Just a thought.
  7. Try here, you can upgrade from the page below, but you’ll need your current product key https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/buy/
  8. I think you should stop making styles and turn your attention to creating a Coronavirus cure. With your brain we would have one by the middle of next week. I don’t know how you think of these style ideas, let alone create them. Great work.
  9. That’s pretty neat work.
  10. That’s a great step forward. Does the link need to be included on the upgrade page? https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/buy/
  11. We all were new at one time, but many of us had an advantage over you. We learned the software before animation was available, or keyframes, or the Object and Animation screen. So, many of us was able to learn the software a little at a time, New users have a tougher job understanding how it works than many of us did. Now we can play the part of smug know it all’s Although that can be embarrassing when you realise your not
  12. Break the chain link and place your cursor into the zoom X or zoom Y box. Then use your cursor control keys (the up down arrows on your keyboard) and the width and height can be adjusted independently of each other. Alternatively, break the chain link, then click and drag over the zoom X or zoom Y letter to the left of the zoom value boxes. That does the same
  13. I have a few here https://beckhamdigital.photo/slide-styles-2/
  14. If you have broken the chain, then it should not change size overall, but try Wideangle’s suggestion. I use that shift key method most of the time, but I try not to include too many keyboard shortcuts into a video. Try it and see, but it should be the same as breaking the width and height chain.
  15. It sounds like you have audio key point further along your sound effect and while it’s now out of view it’s still working. right click your sound effect and remove all audio points, then click the end of the sound effect file and drag it back to where you want it. Now Add your audio points and make sure you can see all 4. I suspect that will sort the issue.
  16. The idea is that you need to position your text where you want it to appear. In this image, maybe where the water meets the land, or even above the mountains. Then adjust the mask so the text drops out behind the mask, or disappears into the mask.
  17. Yes you can, take a look below via the buy or upgrade page of www.wnsoft.com https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/buy/upgrade-deluxe/
  18. How about making a cardboard holder for the slides and placing that on the face of a flat screen monitor with white as a background. Set up a HR camera on a tripod with cable release and take a few tests, when you have it right. Shoot a slide, change it, shoot the next and so on
  19. I can’t be certain, but it sounds like your not correctly identifying what you are adding keyframes to from the box in the bottom right corner of the Objects and Animation screen. If you have one image and one text layer, you have to select the right one to add and see keyframes. Try this. Hold the Ctrl key down and click on your image and your text in the bottom right corner. Now you should see the keyframes you have set for both the image and the text layer
  20. Exit to where exactly?
