keyframes Multi layered keypoints
Jean-Cyprien replied to Jim Higgins's topic in Suggestions for Next Versions
Hi Jim, Here you'll find a small software to see and modify all the keyframes of the selected PTE Objects of a view. I've usually too much objects (hundrends, even thousands !) to use it, but it could be useful to you. See here : http://www.diapositif.net/forum/download/file.php?id=41166 PS : Here is some discussions about this software OAK : Best regards, Jean-Cyprien -
Hi alpman, If you have ticked the check box "Turn on Mouse Keys" as suggested by Denis http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/use-mouse-keys-to-move-the-mouse-pointer you'll be able to move the pointer with the numbers 1234 6789 and click with the number 5, as described (not the arrows). (I think the speed of the pointer is also to be changed) Jean-Cyprien
-
If you link the specific audio clip to a slide, the clip will move with the slide (when you move the slide)
-
Have you tried my suggestion ? Capture0004.converted.avi
-
On the contrary of what I've said, it is possible to select multiple views by clicking on the views and pressing CTRL or SHIFT keys , and move them together
-
When the "Time points" case is ticked, you can move each view by its number, et only this view, all the other being locked. Is it what you need ? (Unfortunately it's not possible to move more than one view each time) PS My mistake : it is possible to choise several view by cliking on the views with the CTRL or Shift keys If you lock all the tracks (CTRL + L) all the sound tracks are locked but also the view track. Then it's still possible to do what you want by pressing the CTRL key

Unfortunately I've at the moment no time to modify and/or explain the attached template. You'll find two methods to do the edge. It was made at the end of 2009 with the new PTE version 6 as an example (very rapidly made - some frame "Cadre" are useless). It works without problem with the new versions. Please excuse me for the brevity of my answer Pile ou face V2.zip

Thank you Cèlou, I think the image that disappears should go a little further to be behind the last frame of the stack But it's not very important?

Default template of a new slide. Suggestion
Jean-Cyprien replied to Igor's topic in General Discussion
It seems OK for me. -
PTE is using the fonts which are in the computer (it has no own fonts) You have to load the Ancestory font on your ASUS laptop, if you want to see an AV by the means of the .pte file. But fortunately, all computer are able to read an .exe file, whatever the font.

Hi MUR, Very clever solution, for this picture with minimal detail. To keep in mind ! Thanks.

Jean-Cyprien's Cube Christmas Tree Gift Sample...
Jean-Cyprien replied to Lin Evans's topic in Slideshows & AV Shows
No, I don't think there is a method to have a bigger window. For the levels 7 (cubes) and 9 (cubes) you have two frames : for the left side and for the right side. So you can study just one level. For the levels 5 and 3, some cubes are sometimes before sometimes behind other cubes, so you need to have 4 frames : before left, before right, behind left and behind right. Try to study just one of them, and see how some additionnal frames (at 90°) are use with "Show front side or Show back side and Hide child objets. to see the cubes only on the specific portion of the corresponding space. I don't think you have to printout the list of the objet, because you have always to try how this or that is working. I suggest you keep only one frame of the 5 level, and examine it. Jean-Cyprien -
Jean-Cyprien's Cube Christmas Tree Gift Sample...
Jean-Cyprien replied to Lin Evans's topic in Slideshows & AV Shows
Hi Lin and MUR, Yes, with a style it is very easy to look at the way the style was done. So, no need to keep the template as a secret, it is much easy to have to deal with Image01 Image02... than with a lot of Reference Image. Thus, here is the template. Enjoy BUT be patient ! Moving the center of rotation of a 3D object
Jean-Cyprien replied to bogari0171's topic in General Discussion
Hi Claudio, What you want to do is not an easy problem. If I understand you correctly, here is the solution. In the O&A window you'll be able to understand how it is made. http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index.php?/topic/18129-christmas-tree-of-24-cubes/ in english (thanks to Lin) : http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index.php?/topic/18132-jean-cypriens-cube-christmas-tree-gift-sample/ And an example : http://www.slideshowclub.com/files/file/259-my-2014-advent-calendar/ It is possible for each cube to revolve about its own center. See for exemple the two gondolas of the new mery-go-round here (which is exactly the same problem) : http://www.slideshowclub.com/files/file/275-my-2014-christmas-present/ Best regards Jean-Cyprien -
Really, it's not very difficult to do such animation, because it is PTE which make all the work ! You take a frame, and call it "Ground" As a child, you put a frame, you call it Movement. As a child of the Movement' frame, you put a... dancer , for instance. With the Movement' frame (and perhaps an other frame), you can establish a path (+/- complicated) for the dancer ( circle, cycloïde, bézier curve...) Now, you'll incline the Ground, and straighten the dancer. PTE will modify the size, and the perspective according to the distance - and the position (right, left) you see the dancer. You have nothing to do. And with Photoshop, you have just one png picture to make. See for exemple the round of my poppies -- between 3:06 and 3:16 http://www.slideshowclub.com/files/download/171-two-poppies/ The principle is the same for my Advent calendars (but with a lot of png files !) http://www.slideshowclub.com/files/file/204-in-a-cold-christmass-night/ http://www.slideshowclub.com/files/file/275-my-2014-christmas-present/ Best regards Jean-Cyprien
