Considering this problem, try use the windowed mode adjusted for the TV: if your picture is 1024x768, please use the windowed mode 1100 x 840. Ask for Truelight: How to know this zone (safe zone) exactly , Is the same for each TV ?

"200-250" is too strong, I think... it's to better use an adjustment near 80-100. And don't forget that with a fast processor, it's still better. My last show 'Foie Gras" use "120", without visible problem (PIV 2.4 ghz, video 128 ram, XP 512 ram).

I think that this work (output AVI) is really great. A friend (administrator of french fanaphot forum with me) tested now also the SVCD. His first impression is excellent and he also used a video projector (with the SVCD) at a distance of 3.20 m: the results are very, very good ! We think which should be thanked Igor and its TEAM, to have keeped the quality of the image and the sound.

There is no problem with these two good converters: Ulead and TEMGencplus. Ulead is the easiest of use and the quality of the ouput is here. For TMPGenc plus, you don't worry: please, use only the wizzard, choose VCD, SVCD, or DVD...and click on next...: the quality is here also. These two software are the best actually. I used certains other software with problems, but I think that they or are not badly optimized for the quality's encoding. The output AVI of PTE give an exceptional quality with his codec. Don't forget that you can choice your codec audio and video in the first option.
