Finally I reformatted my computer and re-install all softwares. it works fine now even my hard disk space is quiet low. The only thing I did not re-install is this Bitdefender anti virus suite. So My conclusion is that the anti virus is the cause of my problem. Next step will be : - create an exact copy of my drives - install this anti-virus again - Create a Mp4 video - If the problem occurs again, I will go back to Norton 360 which was working fine Thanks to all of you

Hello Ken Thanks for your help The story is like this : I made exe file --> no problem I made MP4 File --> no problem I watched the exe file and find a few slide to improve (increase slide time in order to have enough time to read the comments) right after, rebuild exe file --> no problem Right after, rebuild MP4 file --> problem occurs So my PC is running under Xp with 3 Giga ram and I use to build a lot of MP4 file with this configuration.without any problem Temp memory has not been change as I know. nobody else than me is using this computer. Nevertheless I can increase the temp ram, Do you know how to do that? My hard disk free space is 7.4 GO My hard disk D sapce where I build MP4 file in 104 Go It seems to be OK

Hello Ken For 117 slides the size of exe file is 41 Mo and the MP4 file is 0 Mo. AVI video is working fine but size is 467 Mo Make MP4 with 36 slides project with standard parameters one pass works fine and MP4 file result is 121Mo I there any possibility that My antiVirus is causing such a trouble? I tried to build MP4 with a little project (36 slides), it works fine but not with a big project (117 slides)

Product version: 8.0.3 Hello I try to build mp4 video instead of .exe file. Every time the video creation process is working fine but at end, the video.mp4 file exists but is empty. I tried with 3 different PTE projects without succes. Originally during the process I received an error message. (x264.exe encountered a problem and must close) So I reinstalled PTE but no result and no error message anymore. Please advice Thanks in advance
