I have been a user of the standard version of pictures2exe since around 2004. My computer recently crashed, I lost everything and I can't find the disk that I put a backup of pics2exe program on ....I think I possibly found the reg key on my external drive but I'm not even sure that I have the right key and the version i had isn't available for download on the site. I am feeling a bit lost. I contacted the support team and received a response back this morning that they couldn't find me in the database and asked for other information...I responded back immediately with as much info as I could remember but haven't heard back from anyone yet. Is there another way to correspond directly with someone to try to get my slideshow program up and running again? I guess this is a huge lesson learned....always back things up and more importantly don't lose the backup. =( Thanks for any help!!!
