Within the last 5 weeks, I have twice tried to purchase PTE deluxe 6, using credit cards which never have problems other places. Both times, I received the following message: Thank you for purchasing PicturesToExe! We will send the license key for PicturesToExe within 24 hours. WnSoft, Ltd. http://www.wnsoft.com Technical support: http://wnsoft.com/support.htm ... and then never received a license key. In the first case, I emailed the support team 5 times over 10 days, and never got a response. In the second case, I used a different email address to register, and also have received no registration key from the company. In the first case, I finally went to my bank and had the charges reversed. I am still waiting for my license key from the others. Has anyone else had this experience? I have even registered the domain name 'www.picturestoexescam.info' to express my displeasure publicly, as I don't seem to hear anything from the company. HOPEFULLY, the person in charge is reading this... and if so, please reply to bgrady@lisco.com with a suitable response. Thank you!
