I sent SUPPORT an e-mail over a week ago to ask if they'd send me a link to the older version of PixtoExe because I reformatted my computer. I STILL haven't received a reply to that. Sooooo, I bought the update so I could use PixtoExe over the week-end. I still haven't received my key code. I don't understand? If I pay by credit card, that can be validated immediately, why can't I get a key code immediately? Does ANYONE maintain the support site anymore?
