Thanks for your speedy reply. I do have several keys, all of which I've tried. I still get the message that my trial period is over. I send them (one at a time) to my desktop and double click. I get a message that they have been loaded. Then, I reboot and try the program again. None of them work, so I thought that I probably need a new one??? In the past, when I'd upgrade the program, the old key didn't work. Support must be on vacation. I'm desperate for a solution today. Are there other solutions? Thanks, Nancy
