Hi Alan Thanks for the reply. Yes i am saving with the create as.. i save it first with save as and then in file menu with create a slide show as....it plays fine on my computer but if i save it to disk to play on someone elses pc it opens up the box as i explaine earlier. I am using Nero to burn the disk ( as a data disk)

can anyone help me please before i go mad. Firstly i have purchased the buisness licence because i want to give cd's to customers. I have sucessfully made a couple of cd's but cannot get them to run on their computers only on mine. It just opens up a box and says Windows needs to know which program created this file to open it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What am i doing wrong.........or have i purchased the wrong licence thanks in advance Julie
