  1. Stu, That Worked Thanks, Bert
  2. Hi Yachtsman, I did not down load your "Project reporter" in the past, because it said it was compatible thru v5.6. I am using v6.5 for my projects. I have downloaded it today, but when I click on the "help" tab, a screen comes up with the notice "Navigation to webpage canceled" therefore I never can get to the help screen of your Project Reporter 2" program. Any idea what I can do to get the help screen of "Project Reporter 2" Thanks, Bert
  3. Mike, Nice show, and best wishes for you and Linda also. Bert
  4. Hi Hubert, I was 4 weeks in Turkey and Cappadocia in May of this year. Your show has a set of great images of this amazing landscape. Your moving balloons where very well done and to have the shadows following on the ground was fantastic to see in this show. Thanks for showing, Bert
  5. This is an excelent proposal and I am much in favor of it. Bert
  6. Hi Barry, Nice show with great moody shots and perfect disolves and music. Personaly I did not care for the start and finish with a white screen. It ran O.K. on my computer, I use MSE as my virus protection and am happy with it. regards, Bert
  7. Hi Lin, Sorry I found them, did look at the wrong page. Regaards, Bert
  8. Lin, On the site you link to, I can find only 24 of your tutorials. Do I have to download something to find the other four? regards, Bert
  9. Gary, In Faststone, if you go in the jpeg settings, you can set the quality to less than 100%. I set it mostly to 80%. I see no difference in the quality between the two, but have a much smaller file size. Regards, Bert
  10. That was realy exelent, fun to watch and participate. Thanks, Lin Bert
  11. Andrew, Great fun show with outstanding pictures. Bert
  12. Hi Andrew, Nice show with a lot of great shots, you must have been all over the city. The music was a little to monotonous I found. Thanks for showing, Bert
  13. i agree with the Ken, I now have a project and have to go through 200+ images to make them to "cover slide". that is 400+ key strokes, why is there not an easy way to do that for all slides? Bert
  14. Great shots Barry, loved the tempo of the show, its something different for a change. Bert
  15. Maureen, thanks for making this AV, and show us the beautiful light of the place. For me, as somebody said already, some images moved to fast from the screen for a good look at them. The music was a perfect addition to the atmosphere of the show. Bert
  16. Hi Paul, Nice show, I liked your pictures where the people where doing something or where they where part of the environment. The music was a perfect choice. Thanks for showing Bert
  17. Hi Tillman, I was captivated by your show and comment you on your great photography. The music choice was also perfect. I am looking forward to your next show. Thanks for showing. Bert
  18. Nice show of your ride, I photographed a friend from the ground, when she was para-gliding. All the way till she came down to the ground. The instructor with who she was videotaped it when they were in the sky. Your show inspires me, to make a same kind of show for her. I liked also the music you chose for your AV. Thanks for showing, Bert
  19. Hi Jeff I only looked at your "..Fall 2007" show so far. Great scenic pictures nice organized and the music fits perfectly. The comments I would make are, keep everything in the horizontal format. The couple of pictures you had as verticals disrupt the flow of the show with the big black areas on each side of the image. Also for me, there are too many pictures of your dog as the main subject, your dog as part of the landscape looks fine. Just my thoughts Bert
  20. Maureen Great show with wonderful pictures and music. My only "small" critic is that I would have liked some of the images longer on the screen to observe them better. Thanks for showing this nice part of the world. Bert
  21. Eric, I liked your show, the quality of your pictures and the chosen music. The format however does not do justice to your show on a 16:10 monitor. Bert
  22. Hi Dave, What I ment was when I have my screen set to 1680x1050 it filled the screen (no distotion), set to 1024x768 the show was stretched out (distorted) to the width of the screen but on the top and bottom were black lines. I played the show ond an older computer and 3x4 Monitor. It filled the width of the screen and showed no distortion, only black bands on the top and bottem. The computer could not keep up with the shows dissolves. The show was made with PTE6.5, when I played an older show made with PTE5 and 1024x768 images, the older computer it could handle those. Thanks for your sugestions. Bert
  23. Thanks for all your sugestions, I can not try the show on the laptop at 1024x768 at home. It is my wife's and when I used it to play the show on the TV a few days ago and tried different screen resolutions, all her icons on the desktop changed position, and she was not a happy camper . I tried the show on my PC at 1024x768, but it looks stretched out horizontaly. The native solution of my screen is 1680x1050 and when I have that set it fills the screen. Barry's comment was assuring and I am confident that the club where I present knows there stuf. I was told that they project there digital competition images as 1024x768. Regards, Bert
  24. Ken and Dave, Thanks for your response, unfortunate I can not get access to the projector OR the computer that is going to be used. But it is good to know that the computer has to be set to 1024X768 . I will bring my show only on a USB stick. Bert
  25. Thanks everybody for your quick replies. Turning off the screen of the laptop was the solution. I could not find "Control Panel > Display and choosing the TV only", but as mentioned by cjdnci, fn and f8 did the trick. In 2 weeks I have to present the same show with a club digital projector (1024x768), does anybody know if I can show a 1920x1200 show with this projector and do I have to turn the laptop srceen off for projection also? Thanks, Bert
