I would like to be able to save my custom MP4 Presets I don't use the default Output settings every time. Example:.... I want my video to be 1440x900 at Quality 85% and the audio Bit rate 128 I may also create a smaller file for someone to preview Example would be 360x225 at 60% and audio Bit rate 128 These are just an example. anyway I would like to be able to save these settings so I don't have to adjust each time. It has a drop down box with about 8 presets I would just like to save my own custom settings to the list. Then I could just use the drop down box and select a name I saved for my Custom settings. Right now after I create "Publish" a file in the Mobile Video output and go and start another output. the settings change from 1440 x 900 quality 85% Bit rate 128 to 1440 x 0 quality 0% Bit rate 1000 ? It does not even keep my last output settings? (Not sure why) Thanks Chuck ​

Thanks Ken but the Template is not what I am looking for. I do have my own template saved and set as my Default. It is just the Output file I want to change settings on. Am I missing a way to save my Custom Output settings. I would like to Name and Save my own Custom Settings so I Dont have to change the setting every time I create a show. I tried to search but could not find this topic. Thanks Chuck

Thanks, davegee This helped me! I have been a long time user of PTE I could get all my old versions to load I just could not get any of 8.XX to load. I uninstalled it and now it is working again. I assumed it was the project it was trying to load. I could not find any way to start the program without loading the last project. Now that it is working I unchecked load last saved project. If this would happen again I will know the project will not be causing the issue. Thanks Chuck

I would like to be able to play a slieshow before an event with a count down timer running in the corner showing how much longer until the end of the slideshow. (Start of the event.) mm:ss This would allow people to know they need to start sitting down. I know this would not be ideal for most slideshow But think It would be usefull.

Thanks, I did very little testing with the beta's of 5.0 So now it is all new. And a lot different.

I use orginal Mode on most of my slides and not fit to slide mode. Is there a way for me to make this change without going through each slide. thanks

I agree keyboard controls are nice. And most of my projects do not have the Navigation Bar on. Because it is not needed for a slideshow. But when I am sending a projects to clients that needs the Control of the show. It would be nice if they could control the Vol too. I am sure that a lot of people will look at the file that knows very little about the computer. And they would have no idea a key could control the vol too. When we do use the Navigation Bar, a Vol option would be a good option to add to it.

Could you add options to add Vol Up and Down. So we could add the option for viewer to turn up or down the Volume on the computer while viewing.

I would like to be able to open a spread sheet layout that list all images and setting so we could quickly go through and make changes to values

Glad it was of help. I think this is one option that many overlook when they start using PTE.

Also for new projects. Every time I create a slideshow I just want Fade I want it to end with the last slide. I want it to start with a blank slide. ect ect ect..... So I made a slideshow that has all of these things. and I saved it as a template Go into manage templates and set it for the default for new projects with the check box. So when I start a new show all of my setting are how I want them.

Bob, I don't have the time to watch many slideshow anymore. But just wanted to let you know I enjoyed your Fun day. Maybe I will get to have a day like that with my three year old soon. cc
