Thanks Igor. I have now received the license key and everything is working fine. Can't understand why previous emails did not arrive as I always check my spam folders. The last one did arrive in a spam folder but my computer still flagged it to check.

Help!!! I have not received am email with my licence key and have tried several times via support to obtain this. Nothing happens and 24 hours after posting a request the request vanishes despite entering the support number given to me and still no sign of emails. I have supplied two email addresses in case one is rejecting any emails sent. As I have paid for programme I cannot use I am VERY unhappy.
